When Lamar Jackson is throwing for 4000 yards and 40 touchdowns, you would expect his number one receiver to cash in on the action. On the yardage front, yes. Touchdowns, there is room for improvement. With Jackson's development as a passer, Flowers does have good upside and seems a solid WR2 for dynasty rosters.
