Safeties targeting early September return
Detroit Lions S Brian Branch (Achilles) and S Kerby Joseph (knee) could both return around the same time, according to ESPN's Eric Woodyard, who writes that the team envisions them being back at practice late in training camp or early September. Both players are currently on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list.
