Walker is an excellent runnimg back, but has had declining returns since his rookie season. Zach Charbonnet has also filled in well and may be a threat to Walkers touches. Walker does have elite potential and I would hate to guve up on him just yet.

Injuries derailed Walker after a hot start in 2024, which gave backup Zach Charbonnet the runway he needed to make an impact. Charbonnet has carved out a role, but a healthy Walker remains the most talented runner in Seattle's backfield. If he can keep from getting banged up, Walker has a strong chance to rebound in a Kubiak offensive scheme.

Klint Kubiak likes to run the ball, espeically off-tackle and in two TE sets. Zach Charbonnet has some Arian Foster-like style to his game, but Ken Walker is one of the best perimeter runners I have scouted in the past 10 years. He's a creative player with a lot of patience at the edge of the box. 

Look for Kubiak to ride Walker heavily while knowing he has two proven workhorses behind him in Charbonnet and Damien Martinez. Expect a breakout year for Walker if he's made the focal point of the run game and the Seahawks finally make good with rebuilding its line. The fact the team didn't wait so long to pick rookie talent for the trenches was a good start.

He runs a 4.38 40-yard dash at 211 pounds. He's a special talent who is being underdrafted by the field due to recency bias of an injury-riddled 2024 season. New offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak will feature the running game this season, making Walker one of the best picks at cost this season.
