RB Derrick Henry, Baltimore

It has been a disappointing season for Baltimore and Derrick Henry compared to their typically lofty expectations. Things have been better since their Week 7 bye, as Henry is RB9 in PPG and has hit at least 17 points in four of seven outings. Week 15 brings the top running back (and tight end) matchup in all of fantasy football, Cincinnati, on the docket for Henry, who logged 104 total yards and a touchdown against the Bengals two weeks ago. Considering Henry's age and potential erosion from elite upside, the price point is key when acquiring the older running back. Ideally, Henry is on a team that fell out of the playoff race in the past week or two; otherwise, they probably would have dealt him earlier in the season.

Here are a few key trades involving Derrick Henry this week:

There are several recent trades in which buying Henry includes a future 1st-round pick. Avoid this type of construction as Henry will struggle to be worth a 1st at any point in the future and will generally be an illiquid asset who may erode off of your roster. A 2nd+ is a quality initial offer. Even better are the constructions with an upside player like Benson or a depth wide receiver like Watson or Reed to soften the requirement to include even a 2nd on your side. If Henry will find your lineup for the rest of your 2025 playoff run and be even an RB2 with upside in 2026, then paying a contending 2nd+ is perfectly acceptable even for an older running back.

TE Dalton Kincaid, Buffalo
