Welcome to another season of Dynasty IDP Sleepers! The purpose of this article is to highlight a handful of linebackers, defensive linemen, and defensive backs that might be available in your dynasty leagues. I sample my own 12-, 14-, and 16-team leagues to get a cross-section of players who could be free agents in your leagues. Let's take a look at this week's suggestions!

Dynasty Sleeper Linebackers

Oren Burks, Cincinnati

With Logan Wilson now in Dallas, Burks will step in as the third linebacker for the Bengals.  Barrett Carter and Demetrius Knight Jr. will be the main producers, but Burks is a veteran who has performed well in spot duty, primarily for the Packers.  Should Knight or Carter go down, Burks would be a solid play.  He's not exactly a spring chicken, so this would just be a speculative add for the rest of the season.  

Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles, NY Giants

Speaking of Demetriuses, this version is now slated to line up with Bobby Okereke with Darius Muasau nursing a bum ankle.  In 46 snaps last week in Muasau's stead, Flannigan-Fowles ended up with a healthy seven solo stops.  With bye weeks and injuries piling up, this could be a savvy add for those looking for some insurance down the stretch.

Cody Lindenberg, Las Vegas

I would venture a guess that the 2-down thumper, Elandon Roberts, isn't with the team in 2026, given that he's limited to run-stuffing and is only on a one-year deal.  Lindenberg is a 23-year-old rookie from Minnesota who could see additional playing time this year, as the Raiders appear to be in a rebuild mode now.
