Staffers with Good Vibes

  • No One.

Staffers with Neutral Vibes

  • Maurile Tremblay: Moore's creative scheme and strong skill talent keep the floor steady, but rookie QB?Tyler?Shough injects volatility that caps upside.
  • Meng Song: Derek Carr was nice enough to save the Saints $30 million by retiring, and Tyler Shough has a chance to develop under Kellen Moore.
  • Andy Hicks: Expectations are low for the Saints. Every year, new coaching regimes bring quicker-than-expected improvement to a roster. I’m on the fence here.

Staffers with Bad Vibes

  • Ben Cummins: About as bad of an offensive situation as I can ever remember.
  • Jeff Blaylock: Dust off those paper bags because the Aints are marching in.
  • Jason Wood: The Saints are projected to finish dead last in the league this year with 4.5 wins. While they have a proven offensive coach in Kellen Moore, the roster has numerous holes, and the team remains constrained by years of poor cap management.
  • Kyle Bellefeuil: The quarterback situation rests on the arms of rookie Tyler Shough and Spencer Rattler. Things aren't ideal.
  • Phil Alexander: Kellen Moore is one of the league’s better play-callers, but the answer to Tyler Shough or Spencer Rattler is probably neither.
  • Tripp Brebner: The Saints are embarking on a multi-year rebuilding process that the franchise had repeatedly put off.
  • David Zacharias: They Aints what they used to be.
  • Sigmund Bloom: Between the quarterback and cap situations, it's time for the organization to pay for bad planning and decisions.
  • Hutchinson Brown: The Saints are in a problematic salary cap situation, they do not have a secure starting quarterback, and they aren't looking like a team that will win many games this year.
  • Jeff Haseley: Tyler Shough could be a surprise, but if that's what the team is relying on, it could be a long season.
  • Jeff Bell: A complete reset with a new coach and star players on the back of their career, or facing long-term injury questions.
  • Craig Lakins: As a Kellen Moore believer, I fear he won't be given ample time to be successful here.
  • Colton Dodgson: Things aren’t great. The cap situation is less-than-optimal, and the roster is littered with question marks. Kellen Moore will have his hands full.
