Following Christian Kirk's departure, Higgins is locked in as C.J. Stroud's clear #2 target opposite Nico Collins, making him a strong breakout candidate with steady weekly fantasy value.
Matt Waldman
HIggins emerged during the season as a promising big-play possession option. He has the talent to become a strong WR2 to complement Nico Collins and perhaps develop into a primary option. Higgins' forecasted production could be volatile thanks to teammate Jaylin Noel, who has the talent to become a high-level flanker/slot combo and usurp volume from Higgins.
Noel earned the trust of C.J. Stroud in limited time last year when called upon while Christian Kirk missed time. Look for HIggins and Noel to combine for 1,200-1,400 yards and 12 touchdowns as a tandem, splitting much of it evenly.
