If he ever became a full-time WR, he could be a fantasy WR1. If he ever became a full-time CB, he would lose all fantasy value except for leagues that include IDP slots. But right now, he's neither, hence the wide range of upside and downside. He's worth making a buy-low offer, and he's worth selling over his value if another manager offers it. Most likely, he's worth holding onto until we get more clarity, and that might take 'til 2028, the last year of his rookie deal.
