Welcome to the Dynasty Trading Post, where we examine optimizing strategy, roster construction, format, and player value oscillations every week, providing examples and completed dynasty trades.

This week, we'll focus on stash players who had down 2025 seasons.

*All trades are Superflex unless stated otherwise*

QB Kyler Murray, Arizona

Kyler Murray is the epitome of a distressed dynasty asset. He was already at a critical moment in his career arc in 2025, before adding a ho-hum (QB20+ in PPG) five-game stretch in which he topped out at 220 passing yards and 41 rushing yards as season highs. Jacoby Brissett posting sky-high numbers within the same offense does not help Murray's case.

Murray has swooned with four straight seasons outside of QB12 in aPPG finishes, but does have QB5 and QB8 peak seasons under his belt. His market has sunk to QB24, in the range of punchline J.J. McCarthy, Michael Penix Jr., and Tua Tagovailoa. Even if Arizona moves on in the offseason, Murray will receive more starting opportunities, and the rushing upside is present beyond most of the position for a fantasy boost. The key to buying low, obviously, is actually buying low.

Here are a few key buy-low trades involving Kyler Murray this week:

None of these deals includes an actual future 1st, which should be the goal if buying low on Kyler Murray. Also, the central construction is offering current-season quarterback help in all but one of the deals. If Murray is on a contending team and light at quarterback, this is an ideal door-knocking time to buy Murray.

WR Brian Thomas Jr., Jacksonville
