Week 11 delivered another wave of injuries (some before kickoff) across the NFL landscape, impacting fantasy rosters at every position. Several key players exited early, while others saw setbacks to issues they’d been managing for weeks. A handful of situations remain clouded by limited information, leaving fantasy managers waiting for MRI results and clarity from coaching staffs. Soft-tissue recurrences, mid-game aggravations, and lower-body mechanisms were a common theme again this week. As always, timelines will swing dramatically once official diagnoses are confirmed. Below, I break down each major injury from Sunday and outline the early expectations heading into Week 12.

Key: Position Player, Team | Injury | Projected Return to Play

QB Aaron Rodgers, Pittsburgh | Wrist (non-throwing hand) | Timeline TBD

Aaron Rodgers was unable to finish Sunday’s game after injuring his left wrist, which is his non-throwing hand. Initial reports indicate the Steelers are concerned about a possible fracture. While it’s somewhat positive that the injury isn’t to his throwing hand, a fracture would still impact his ability to grip and control the football. Assuming the injury isn’t severe, Rodgers could still miss 1-2 weeks.

WR Drake London, Atlanta | PCL Sprain | Projecting Week 15 Return

Drake London delivered a monster performance in Week 11, but it came at a cost. In the 4th quarter, he injured his left knee while extending for a pass from Kirk Cousins and was ruled out shortly afterward. Early reports suggest Atlanta is not overly concerned about the severity of the injury.

A PCL sprain was confirmed on Monday meaning the Week 13 is unlikely. Week 15 will likely be the soonest that London could return, but it is possible he missed up to 6 weeks.

QB Michael Penix Jr., Atlanta | Knee | Timeline TBD

Michael Penix Jr. appeared to re-injure the same knee that caused him to miss Week 8. Penix, who has a documented history of knee issues dating back to college, previously sat out one game this season with a bone bruise. With this setback, the Falcons reportedly expect the second-year quarterback to “miss some time.” I think it’s possible Penix is sidelined for 2-3 weeks, with an IR stint not out of the question depending on the severity.

RB Josh Jacobs, Green Bay | Knee Contusion | Projecting Week 13 Return
