General Rules

• The scoring is pretty standard PPR scoring. We won't review it here, but you can see it in full via the sign-up links above.
• The contest will span the entire NFL playoffs, and you can move players on and off your roster.
• Your team will accumulate points from the Wild Card round through the Super Bowl.

An Extremely Important Scoring Concept

Each player's scoring will be multiplied by the number of weeks the player has been on your roster.

Let's say that again because it's probably the most important aspect of these contests.

Each player's scoring will be multiplied by the number of weeks the player has been on your roster. This adds a layer of strategy not found in most contests. Observe how this can make a difference.

Two Scenarios

Let's suppose the 49ers are the 1-seed and get a bye. Let's also suppose Jahmyr Gibbs performs as follows:

• Divisional Round - 20 points
• Conference Championships - 25 points
• Super Bowl - 30 points

That's a total of 75 points. But let's look at a couple of ways those points might be multiplied for your roster.

Scenario 1

If you wait until the Division Round to add Gibbs to your roster, your contest team will receive the following:

Divisional Round

• Gibbs' first week on your roster
• Scoring: 20 multiplied by 1 for 20 fantasy points

Conference Championships

• Gibbs' second week on your roster
• Scoring: 25 multiplied by 2 for 50 fantasy points

Super Bowl

• Gibbs' third week on your roster
• Scoring: 30 multiplied by 3 for 90 fantasy points

Scenario 2

If you instead add Gibbs to your roster during the Wild Card round (even though Gibbs won't play that week), your contest team will receive the following:

Divisional Round

• Gibbs' second week on your roster
• Scoring: 20 multiplied by 2 for 40 fantasy points

Conference Championships

• Gibbs' third week on your roster
• Scoring: 25 multiplied by 3 for 75 fantasy points

Super Bowl

• Gibbs' fourth week on your roster
• Scoring: 30 multiplied by 4 for 120 fantasy points

The Difference

• Adding Gibbs in the Division Round means he scores 160 fantasy points for you.
• Adding Gibbs in the Wild Card Round means he scores 235 fantasy points for you.

Roster Requirements

Remember, you will have the ability to move players off and on your roster throughout the playoffs. If a player loses, you'll definitely want to replace them with someone still alive. Here's a rundown of how the rosters will change as the NFL moves through the playoffs.

Also, as we outlined above with Gibbs, remember that the longer a player is on your roster, the greater the points multiplier will be and the more that player will earn for your team.

Wild Card Round

• Only 1 player per team
• 12 total players
  • 2 quarterbacks
  • 3 running backs
  • 4 wide receivers/tight ends
  • 1 flex (RB/WR/TE)
  • 1 team kicker
  • 1 team defense/special teams unit

Divisional Round

• A max of 2 players per team
• 12 total players
  • 2 quarterbacks
  • 3 running backs
  • 4 wide receivers/tight ends
  • 1 flex (RB/WR/TE)

  • 1 team defense/special teams unit

Conference Championships

• A max of 3 players per team
• 12 total players

Super Bowl

• Exactly 4 players from each team
• 8 total players
