Sleepers on the New England Patriots
- TE Hunter Henry - 5 votes
- WR Stefon Diggs - 2 votes
- WR Ja'Lynn Polk - 2 votes
- DT Milton Williams - 1 vote
- WR Kyle Williams - 1 vote
- RB TreVeyon Henderson - 1 vote
- WR DeMario Douglas - 1 vote
Reasons TE Hunter Henry Could Be a Sleeper
- Craig Lakins: With the offense taking a step forward, its safest receiving option will benefit.
- Phil Alexander: His 97 targets ranked fifth among tight ends in 2024. Henry is Maye's most trusted target and should remain a reliable safety valve and red-zone option.
- Jeff Blaylock: He was the team's top receiver and averaged five catches for 50 yards when he and Drake Maye were healthy.
- David Zacharias: A trusted veteran in a stable role, who may well exceed his mid-TE2 ranking operating as Drake Maye's favored short-area target.
- Tipp Major: Henry makes a strong case; I know it's another tight end that won't produce consistently in fantasy. But look at the season coach McDaniels and Henry paired up for in 2021, where he had a career-high in touchdowns.
Reasons WR Stefon Diggs Could Be a Sleeper
- Jason Wood: Diggs' ACL injury and off-field notoriety have unfairly driven his ADP down, creating a fantastic buy-low opportunity. He's already participating in team activities and should be the Patriots' clear-cut WR1 before the calendar turns to October.
- Jeff Haseley: The opportunity for targets is big for Diggs. He may be in the sunset of his career, but he's a decent bet to see good volume.
Reasons WR Ja'Lynn Polk Could Be a Sleeper
- Maurile Tremblay: Dirt-cheap in drafts, yet likely starting X-receiver snaps give him easy breakout equity if the offense gels.
- Andy Hicks: 12 receptions on 436 snaps in his debut season is awful for the 37th overall pick. At his price, he's a throwaway pick that has to improve.
Reason DT Milton Williams Could Be a Sleeper
- Kyle Bellefeuil: New England paid Williams handsomely in free agency, and the athletic, disruptive defensive tackle has a chance to ascend with his new team and opportunity.
Reason WR Kyle Williams Could Be a Sleeper
- Ben Cummins: Williams is a talented and versatile player who produced every season of his collegiate career. He'll carve out a significant role in the offense very quickly.
Reason RB TreVeyon Henderson Could Be a Sleeper
- Hutchinson Brown: The lack of excitement compared to other rookie backs is unjust. The kid's got the elite traits and the team situation to be a fantasy star right away.
Reason WR DeMario Douglas Could Be a Sleeper
- Meng Song: If Douglas can hold off Kyle Williams, the slot role has historically been fantasy-friendly in Josh McDaniels-led offenses.
