July brought a number of updates to the DTVC Plus Dynasty Tool, and one of them has been the most requested feature since the day the tool launched.
DTVC Plus now connects to MyFantasyLeague and FFPC leagues in addition to Sleeper.
In addition, the 2027 rookie class is already loaded and ranked, and 2027 pick values are now built for your specific league and take into account the positional values of real 2027 draft prospects rather than being pulled off a generic chart. The trade calculator prices every pick a team owns, and the trade database can narrow more than 130,000 real trades down to the leagues that look like yours and show you the players and picks on each of your rosters that have been traded most often over the past week. Along the way, the whole thing got faster and cleaner.

What the DTVC Is
The Dynasty Trade Value Chart article has been a Footballguys staple for years: a monthly ranking of what every dynasty asset is actually worth in trade, so you can walk into a negotiation knowing whether the offer on the table is fair.
The problem with any chart, though, is that it describes an average league. Your league isn't average. You might be in a league with four flex spots, or a tight end premium, or a deep 14-teamer. A number that's right for the median league can be badly wrong for yours.
DTVC Plus takes the standard chart you see in the monthly article and does everything needed to translate those numbers to your leagues. It adjusts values to your league's actual settings, lets you build and evaluate trades in a calculator that knows what your picks (and everyone else's) are really worth, shows you what players are genuinely moving in real leagues through the trade database, and pulls your roster in directly so the values you're looking at are the ones that apply to you.
5 New Features Worth Your Time
1. Support for a lot more of your leagues
Sleeper integration has been in the tool for a while, and it was the natural place to start. But plenty of dynasty leagues don't live on Sleeper, and if yours was one of them, none of the league-aware features in this tool were doing anything for you.
As of this month, MyFantasyLeague and FFPC leagues connect too. MFL has been home to dynasty leagues for a very long time, including a lot of the ones that have been running longest. FFPC is where much of the high-stakes dynasty world plays. If your league lives on any of the three, the tool now works for you the way it has always worked for Sleeper users.
Worth saying plainly: this is not a lighter version for the new hosts. MFL and FFPC get the same deep integration Sleeper does. The tool knows your scoring settings, every roster in the league, and every draft pick, which is what makes the rest of the features on this list work.
Connecting your league does three things. You get power rankings built on the same value framework as the chart itself, so you can see how your roster truly stacks up against your competition, and you can flip those rankings between roster value and a 2026 outlook that ranks by projected starting lineup instead.
You get player values customized to your league's scoring and roster requirements. And you can add any player from the main values page straight into the trade calculator, which makes moving from trade target to building a trade that includes your real assets and the other league owner's real assets as quick as a single click.
2. 2027 rookie pick values, built for your league
Rookie picks are the hardest thing in dynasty to value, because their worth depends entirely on two things that vary league to league: how good the incoming class is, and what your league actually rewards.
DTVC Plus now handles both. The 2027 prospect board runs through your league's scoring, so the players those picks turn into get valued the way your league would value them. Then, to determine where each team's pick is likely to land, the tool uses projected 2026 starting-lineup points per game rather than total roster value.
That second piece matters more than it sounds. A rebuilding team is usually loaded with young players and extra picks, so ranking by dynasty value would call that roster strong, and its 2027 first-round pick a late pick. But none of that wins games in 2026. That team is going to lose a lot, and pick early, and the tool now prices its first accordingly.
Put those together, and an early 2027 first in a superflex tight end premium league and an early 2027 first in a standard 12-teamer come back with different numbers, because they're worth different things. If you've been using a generic pick chart to evaluate offers, this is the upgrade that matters most.
3. A trade database that knows how much each trade should matter to you
Values are one input. The other is what people are actually doing. The trade database holds more than 130,000 real dynasty trades, all from the 2026 season, and it answers two questions that a value chart can't.
The first is which players are trending in trades right now. Connect your league, and you can see which players on your roster have been traded most often over the last week. Then click on a player to see a full listing of trades involving him. When a guy is suddenly changing hands everywhere, that's information, and it usually shows up here before it shows up in a chart.
The second question is the harder one: does this trade even apply to me? A deal that made sense in a 10-team one-quarterback league with standard scoring tells you very little if you're in a 12-team superflex with PPR and tight end premium. So every trade you're looking at gets scored against your league's settings for similarity. A league with your exact setup comes back at 100 percent. That one-quarterback standard league scores low. And you can set a minimum, so the trades you end up reading come from leagues that actually look like yours.
That comparison is only possible because of the league integration in feature 1. It's the same thread running through this whole release: once the tool knows your league, everything it shows you can be about your league.
4. A trade calculator that knows what your picks are actually worth
Most trade calculators handle players well enough and then wave their hands at draft picks. You get a generic 1.05 value, or a slider, or a number that assumes every league is the same. That's a problem because picks make up a huge share of dynasty trades, and they're exactly where the value gets hidden.
The DTVC Plus calculator loads every asset a team owns into the dropdown. Not just the roster: the picks too, including ones that the team acquired from somebody else along the way. And every one of those picks is scoped to a real value in your league, derived from projected rookie player values in your scoring settings and how strong the team that originally owned the pick actually is.
That means when you're looking at a deal involving a 2027 second the rebuilding team picked up last summer, you're seeing what that pick is worth in your league, in your format, given who's likely to end up owning that slot. Not a chart average. This is one of the primary pieces I'd point to if you asked me what this tool does that others don't.
5. The 2027 class is already in there
You don't have to wait until next spring to know what you're drafting toward. The 2027 prospect list is now loaded and ranked, including by superflex value, so you can see exactly what the picks you're trading for are likely to become. It's also the board the pick values in feature 2 are built from, so as my rankings of this class move through the college season, the pick values move with them.
This Isn't the Finish Line
The way this tool has always improved is in steps. Some are big, like the additions of MFL and FFPC in July. Some are small and real, like being able to add a player to the calculator without leaving the page. They add up in the same direction.
As I like to tell my kids when they're playing youth sports, the goal is just to get a little bit better every day. That's been the approach here for eight years now. More is coming. But this version cleared a bar the previous ones didn't, and it felt worth stopping to say so.
