Scouting Report
Noah Thomas was a four-star recruit and an NFL legacy at Texas A&M. His uncle is Broderick Thomas, and his great-uncle is Mike Singletary. Thomas developed into a key player for Texas A&M, leading the team in receiving yards in his third season. Following that year, Thomas opted to transfer to Georgia, where his former Texas A&M offensive coordinator, James Coley, is the wide receiver coach. Thomas struggled to see playing time for the Bulldogs, with coaches noting he had difficulty picking up the offense, and injuries became a factor. Thomas appeared in the Shrine Bowl, where he earned notoriety for wearing a plain white helmet in contrast to Georgia teammates Colbie Young and Dillon Bell.
Thomas' size stands out. He measured as the tallest receiver at the Shrine Bowl and plays to that size, outplaying defensive backs to the ball. He possesses the flexibility that some big receivers lack and has shown the toughness of his linebacker bloodline in playing the ball through contact. Thomas should test well at the Combine, and his size gives him a high RAS upside. He has to perform well in the predraft process to overcome his disappointing final season.
Rundown
Thomas is a physically gifted receiver with NFL bloodlines. He led Texas A&M in receiving yards in 2024 but fell out of favor with the Georgia coaching staff, taking a significant hit to his draft stock.
