Pitts is coming off a stellar season where he set career highs with 88 receptions and five touchdowns. Now locked into a new long-term extension, he is expected to take another step forward in Kevin Stefanski's tight-end-friendly offense.

Pitts had a career year with Kirk Cousins. Now, he's in yet another new offense and likely his sixth quarterback of his NFL career.
Atlanta will make Pitts a priority in the passing game, and it should lead to top-five fantasy value at the position. Drake London and Bijan Robinson are the only established talents in the passing game that could hurt Pitts' upside and they're more likely complements with a good offensive design.
Still, it's the new design and a likely a new quarterback that will make Pitts' ceiling more volatile than the tight ends I have ranked above him.

Tommy Rees elevated Harold Fannin Jr. to fantasy TE7 after taking over as playcaller for Kevin Stefanski in Cleveland last season, despite the erratic QB play. Tua Tagovailoa boosted Jonnu Smith to be the fantasy TE4 in 2024.

Kyle Pitts feels he's just getting started
Atlanta Falcons TE Kyle Pitts signed a big-money contract extension this offseason, and he views it as just the start of a new phase of his career. 'I think there's a lot more out there, a lot more to get, and a lot more things to keep grinding towards. It's cool to see,' Pitts said. He feels his best football is '100 percent' in the future.

Atlanta Falcons TE Kyle Pitts and the Falcons have reached an agreement on a three-year, $54 million contract, which includes $36 million guaranteed, according to a source on Tuesday, June 23.
