"
Williams is a better outside receiver than credited because a large number of analysts logo-scout and TCU's recent alumni have disappointed. Williams is a good contested-catch player, and he wins in tight windows and makes plays after the catch.
Williams is one of the most talented runners this draft when classifying both receivers and running backs. His work at running back is promising despite limited touches in that capacity. He has good feet, processes information fast and accurately, sets up blocks that he understands how they work, and his contact balance is among the best in this class -- at running back.
He could become a good RB in the NFL or a reliable fantasy receiver at WR. He's a strong late-round pick who will have more opportunities to succeed this year than his status suggests -- especially with Romeo Doubs likely on his way out of town.
