We are approaching the fantasy playoffs in most dynasty leagues. We will focus on waivers and trades for a couple more weeks, then we will transition to players to stash, buy, and sell for the offseason. In today's "Dynasty News," we examine some of the week's larger happenings from a dynasty perspective.
Dynasty News: QB Jayden Daniels, Washington Commanders
Jayden Daniels dislocated his left (non-throwing) elbow against the Seahawks four weeks ago and has been working to return the past few days. Below, coach Dan Quinn offers an update on the star quarterback:
Dan Quinn said Jayden Daniels will get some reps in practice but he still hasn’t been medically cleared for contact. Quinn already said he’s unlikely to play Sunday vs. Denver. But they’re starting to ramp him up to give him work with his WRs so they can get their timing down.

With a 3-9 record, the Commanders may want their star to sit out the last five games. With nothing to play for - other than pride - it would be foolish to return too quickly and risk more damage. Plus, Marcus Mariota is playing well. He was stellar against Denver Sunday night.
Dynasty News: QB Daniel Jones, Indianapolis Colts
Even before the game against the Texans, there was talk of Daniel Jones' fractured fibula limiting the Colts' offense. The link below shows an immobile Jones in practice last week.
#Colts QB Daniel Jones throwing a couple play action passes. Doesn’t look as fluid or fast as normal, presumably due to his fibula injury.

He also hasn’t participated in every practice rep, so that leads me to think he’ll be listed as a limited participant today. pic.twitter.com/Qn82FL2S1b
The Colts need a healthy Jones if there is any hope of an AFC Championship. There is no way Riley Leonard can lead this team to multiple playoff wins.
For those wondering about Anthony Richardson Sr., beat reporter James Boyd responded:
I’ve seen AR’s face/eye. All I’ll say is that he suffered a very serious injury, and he’s clearly still recovering from it. https://t.co/zGVKfny2oC

The injury adds another layer to Jones' offseason. He signed a one-year contract with Indianapolis and is a free agent after the season. There is talk of him having a strong market for his services with both the Colts and Vikings pining for his services. He is only making $14 million this season and should cash in this coming free agency.
Dynasty News: RB Justice Hill, Baltimore Ravens
Ravens tailback Justice Hill was placed on injured reserve before Thursday's game against the Bengals.
We have placed DT Taven Bryan (knee) and RB Justice Hill (neck) on Injured Reserve.

We have also activated DE Carl Lawson and LB Chandler Martin as standard practice squad elevations for tonight’s game.
This Ravens offense looks very different when Lamar Jackson is nicked up, like he is currently. Looking ahead to next year, as Baltimore is on the outside looking in for the playoffs, Derrick Henry is 31 and under contract for two more seasons. Hill has one more year left on his contract. The explosive Keaton Mitchell will be a free agent. Still just 23 years old, he will be a hot commodity for teams needing tailback help. This Ravens offense has one more year left in their window for chasing a Super Bowl, as Jackson's contract has an out after the 2026 season and voids after 2027. This contract will need to be extended, further limiting resources for the porous defense.
Dynasty News: WR Mike Evans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Last week, beat reporter Greg Auman was asked when he expected Mike Evans to return. Auman's quote indicates that Evans could be back as early as this week. It is a glimmer of light in an injury-filled season for Tampa Bay.
I think he’s still weeks off. Original reporting was 6-8 weeks and this would be the fifth week.
— Greg Auman (@gregauman) November 26, 2025
Monday morning, Tampa Bay coach Todd Bowles told reporters that Evans could practice this week:
Bucs HC Todd Bowles said “it's a possibility” that Mike Evans could return to practice this week.

Evans broke his collarbone in Week 7, and the offense has missed him dearly. As Tampa Bay gets healthy, the Buccaneers will be dangerous in the playoffs.
Dynasty News: WR Jalen McMillan, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
