Monday designations are from either the league or the updated injury reports provided by the teams' media relations departments (via social media or the official team websites).
The "outlook" comments -- optimistic, uncertain, and pessimistic -- for players with QUESTIONABLE and DOUBTFUL designations are our own. They're based on local and national reporting, practice participation, and coaches' comments.
