Sleepers on the Houston Texans
- WR Christian Kirk - 6 votes
- WR Jayden Higgins - 4 votes
- S Jalen Pitre - 1 vote
- WR Jaylin Noel - 1 vote
- RB Nick Chubb - 1 vote
- WR Nico Collins - 1 vote
- LB Azeez Al-Shaair - 1 vote
Reasons WR Christian Kirk Could Be a Sleeper
- Jason Wood: Excitement surrounding rookies Jayden Higgins and Jaylin Noel is overshadowing the reality of Christian Kirk being the Texans' starter opposite Nico Collins.
- Meng Song: Maybe one of the two Cyclone rookies will step up, but Kirk could see PPR volume as a veteran safety blanket and is practically free.
- Julia Papworth: Past injuries aside, Kirk is a dependable slot receiver who could easily post close to 1000 yards receiving with C.J. Stroud under center. Not at all sexy, but Kirk could be a huge value at his ADP.
- Jeff Blaylock: The arrival of speedy rookie Jayden Higgins has fantasy drafters overlooking Kirk, the team's primary slot receiver and projected No. 2 in targets.
- Craig Lakins: While I'm optimistic about how Jayden Higgins will assimilate in Houston, Kirk is a veteran. He's shown himself to be a reliable target for young quarterbacks in the past.
- Colton Dodgson: He dealt with injuries in 2023 and 2024. When he was on the field, though, he was effective. He'll turn 29 in November. There's still time for another productive season.
