Justin Herbert - Captain/Flex
Justin Herbert is the top choice for captain in this one. The matchup isn't ideal, as the Broncos' defense is legit. Denver's defense ranks fourth in Expected Points Added per Play (EPA/Play) Allowed, seventh in Success Rate, and fourth in Dropback EPA/Play Allowed. However, they'll have their hands full trying to defend the Chargers. Herbert ranks third in Completion Percentage Over Expected (CPOE) and leads a Chargers offense that ranks eighth in EPA/Play, third in Pass Rate Over Expected (PROE), and fifth in Early Down Pass Frequency Rate (EDPF).
