Reasons RB Jaylen Wright Could Be a Sleeper
- Maurile Tremblay: Now the clear Achane understudy after Mostert's exit, Wright offers 4.3-speed home-run upside with any injury or committee expansion.
- Jason Wood: If the offense is going to get back on track, it'll involve another running back becoming a major factor like Raheem Mostert was in 2023. The coaches have continuously sung Wright's praises this offseason; he could be a fantasy factor with or without an Achane injury.
- Jeff Bell: Early camp reports have Wright as their clear second back after he attacked offseason training.
- David Zacharias: Raheem Mostert is gone, and Wright's passing game involvement should exceed Alexander Mattison's.
- Ben Cummins: Wright is the new #2 running back in Miami. He's 210 pounds and is one of the most athletic players in the entire NFL.
- Tipp Major: Jaylen Wright has added muscle this offseason to compete for carries with De'Von Achane. Consider that Achane has missed time due to injury, leaving an opportunity for Wright to not only be a handcuff but also provide a viable complement to Achane.
