Week 4 Results

Baltimore (vs Tennessee) - 1 sack, 1 fumble recovery, 1 INT

The Ravens defense wasn't in the mood to wreak havoc in the second half after Lamar Jackson left the game at halftime.

A Look Ahead: @ATL @CLE CIN - Quoth the Raven: "Don't use the Baltimore D/ST again for a while."

Minnesota (vs Miami) - 2 sacks, 1 fumble recovery

Malik Willis didn't wilt under pressure, and Kyler Murray's offense could only score field goals against the Dolphins, so this one stayed close and didn't pay off.

A Look Ahead: @NO BYE IND - Tyler Shough? More like Tyler Chuck, as in chuck it 45 times a game so far. That could lead to some big plays for the Vikings defense

Buffalo (vs New England) - 1 sack, 1 INT, 1 fumble recovery

Drake Maye fumbled early in the game, and Romeo Doubs' juggled ball turned into an interception, but Maye hung tough and found his 2025 form against a flailing Bills defense. The Bills offense was also too casual and never staked the defense to a comfortable lead so they could become more aggressive.

A Look Ahead: @LAR @LV BYE - Matthew Stafford on Monday night? No thanks.

Chicago (vs NY Jets)  - 3 sacks

If your league had a stat for limiting time of possession, the Bears D/ST would have won your week for you. The Jets had the ball for 17:15, their lowest time of possession in over 20 years. Unfortunately, it didn't result in any turnovers, but we'll keep an eye on the Bears D/ST as a play against shakier quarterbacks.

A Look Ahead: @GB @ATL NE - Jordan Love isn't a shaky quarterback, and neither is Michael Penix Jr. or Drake Maye, at least as of right now.

New Orleans (vs Atlanta) - 1 sack

The Falcons have now gone on the road to ruin prime time games with blowouts in front of fervent fanbases. We shouldn't use the Saints D/ST again any time soon.

A Look Ahead: MIN @NYG PIT - If Jameis Winston melts down against Washington this week and the Saints fluster Kyler Murray, maybe we will try the Saints D/ST again soon after all.

Green Bay (vs Tampa Bay) - 3 sacks, 2 INT

Jalon Daniels actually didn't look that bad considering he was an undrafted rookie seeing the speed of a regular-season NFL defense for the first time. This was the closest we got to a hit this week.

A Look Ahead: CHI DAL @DET - Get well, Micah Parsons

Coulda, Shoulda, Woulda

NY Giants (vs Arizona) - 2 sacks, 3 INT, 1 DEF TD

This was already a solid play, mostly behind Arvell Reese wrecking plays, and then Deonte Banks punctuated the game with a pick-six from the opposite goal line. Hope someone caught that good luck in their league.

Arizona (at NY Giants) - 4 sacks, 1 fumble recovery, 2 INTs

The Jameis Winston experience is back! We'll see how long John Harbaugh tolerates it.
