- Hutchinson Brown: Swapping Aaron Rodgers for Jordan Love is definitely a downgrade, but there are some offensive skill players that could take a step forward this year.
- Chad Parsons: Aaron Rodgers, in a bad year (for him), is probably not far off from Jordan Love starting after being groomed for years.

- Ryan Weisse: It might take Jordan Love a little time, but it's not like Aaron Rodgers set the world on fire last year. They are still a good offensive team.

- Jeff Bell: The offense loses Aaron Rodgers, who fell hard from MVP level after losing Davante Adams the previous year.
- Jeff Haseley: Bad because I see them trending down rather than up. Losing Aaron Rodgers is big, and the other teams in the NFC North are all improving.
- Dave Kluge: For the first time in three decades, the Packers won't start the season with a first-ballot Hall of Famer.
- Sam Wagman: Jordan Love could be good. But it's impossible to ignore the possibility that he just isn't that good, and Aaron Rodgers is gone.
- Nick Whalen: Green Bay is not only losing Aaron Rodgers but 5 other starters from a cash-strapped team who will be very young.
