Quarterbacks
| Rank | Player | Opponent | Salary |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Jacoby Brissett | vs Jaguars | $5,300 |
| 2 | Sam Darnold | at Titans | $5,400 |
| 3 | Tyler Shough | vs Falcons | $4,400 |
Jacoby Brissett is playing very good football. In his five starts this season, he leads the NFL in passing yards per game (314) and ranks seventh in pass touchdowns per game (2). He leads a Cardinals offense that ranks third in Pass Rate Over Expected (PROE) and fifth in Early Down Pass Frequency (EDPF).
Seattle has the sixth-highest implied Team Total (27) of the week. Sam Darnold ranks eighth in passing yards per game (254.1) and 11th in pass touchdowns per game (1.7) and leads a Seahawks offense that ranks eighth in EPA/Play. He has a good matchup against a Titans defense that ranks just 28th in EPA/Play Allowed and 25th in Dropback EPA Allowed. It's very surprising to see Darnold priced at just $5,400.
It's legitimately surprising to see Tyler Shough priced at just $4,400. Coming off the bye, Shough threw for 282 yards and 2 touchdowns in New Orleans' last outing. The Saints are 1.5-point home favorites, and Shough gets to face a free-falling Falcons team.
Running Backs
| Rank | Player | Opponent | Salary |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Jahmyr Gibbs | vs Giants | $8,300 |
| 2 | Derrick Henry | vs Jets | $7,600 |
| 3 | Jonathan Taylor | at Chiefs | $10,000 |
| 4 | Saquon Barkley | at Cowboys | $7,500 |
| 5 | TreVeyon Henderson | at Bengals | $6,700 |
| 6 | Chase Brown | vs Patriots |
$6,200 |
The Lions' offense struggled last week on the road in the colder weather against a very good Eagles defense. Yet, this week, they're back at home in the dome against a bad Giants defense that ranks 29th in EPA/Play Allowed and dead last in Rush EPA Allowed. Detroit has the highest Implied Team Total (30) of the week. Jahmyr Gibbs is an elite play in all formats. He ranks fourth in touchdowns (10) and fifth in DraftKings points per game (21.3) at the running back position.
The Ravens are 13.5-point home favorites and are playing outdoors in November. This is an incredible Derrick Henry spot. He gets a bad Jets defense that traded their good players and ranks 27th in EPA/Play Allowed and 18th in Rush EPA Allowed. Henry already ranks 12th in touchdowns (7). Expect him to rise up that ranking in this one.
Jonathan Taylor ranks third in opportunities per game (22.1), first in total yards per game (139.9), and first in touchdowns (17). He has a decent matchup against a Chiefs defense that only ranks 23rd in EPA/Play Allowed and 24th in Rush EPA Allowed. Taylor's price tag has skyrocketed to $10,000, and the Colts are 3.5-point road underdogs. Those factors must be considered. Still, Taylor is a strong play in all formats.
Saquon Barkley and the Eagles' offensive line are both struggling this season, and it certainly doesn't help that Lane Johnson is out now due to injury. Still, Barkley ranks sixth in opportunities per game (20.8), the Eagles are 3.5-point favorites, and Barkley gets to attack a Cowboys defense that ranks dead last in EPA/Play Allowed and 29th in Rush EPA Allowed. As we know, Barkley is capable of housing a log run at all times, and this matchup should allow him to get out in space more.
TreVeyon Henderson is dominating. Over his past two games, he's averaging 19.5 opportunities and 121.5 total yards, and he has scored five touchdowns over that span. He's in an incredible spot to stay hot here, even with Rhamondre Stevenson returning from his toe injury, against an awful Bengals defense that ranks just 31st in EPA/Play Allowed and 30th in Rush EPA Allowed.
Samaje Perine is out once again due to a sprained ankle. Over his last two games without Perine, Chase Brown has played on 88.8% of the offensive snaps, run a route on 84.6% of dropbacks, averaged 25.5 opportunities per game, and averaged 119.5 total yards per game. Brown is a workhorse right now, yet he's not priced like one at just $6,200. That puts him in play in all formats.
