With no Saturday games and no bye weeks, we have a monster 13-game FanDuel main slate in Week 17. Note that due to the late flex, we have the Sunday night game (Pittsburgh-Baltimore) on the main slate for the first time all year. While it could be fun to turn back the clock to the days of the “Sunday night hammer” when we had full Sunday slates every week, that game unfortunately looks rough from from a fantasy perspective.

While we typically do not need to worry about team motivation until the final week, there are some situations we should keep an eye on where teams with playoff seeing mostly locked in may begin the process of resting players early. I wrote about each team’s motivation earlier this week. At the very least, it makes sense to break ties between similar plays in favor of those guys on teams with full motivation.
