These contests are intended to be fun as you're watching the game. It's incredibly difficult to get a real edge as there are so few options, and in MME contests, there are often many duplicate lineups. One play or one penalty can change the entire outcome of the game.

Captain Consideration
Dallas Cowboys Showdown Players
Quarterback
Dak Prescott - Captain/Flex
Dak Prescott leads a Cowboys offense that ranks second in EPA/Play, and he ranks eighth in passing yards per game (257.7) and seventh in pass touchdowns per game (1.9). He's playing great football and gets a matchup against an average defense that ranks middle of the pack in EPA/Play Allowed (14th).
Running Back/Wide Receiver/Tight End
CeeDee Lamb - Captain/Flex
CeeDee Lamb only played on seven offensive snaps before suffering a high ankle sprain back in Week 3. Removing that game and only looking at the five games he's finished healthy this season, Lamb ranks second in the NFL in both targets per game (10.8) and receiving yards per game (98.2). Lamb also ranks seventh in yards per route run (2.43). A complete, elite receiver, Lamb is a must-play and a strong captain option as well.
Javonte Williams - Captain/Flex
Javonte Williams ranks 11th in opportunities per game (19.3), 17th in total yards per game (89.9), and fourth in touchdowns (9). He's not going to outrun many defenders, but he's a good, tough runner who makes it difficult for players to bring him down. Williams ranks third in yards after contact per attempt (4.01) and eighth in missed tackles forced (31). The Cowboys are 3.5-point favorites, and Williams has a favorable matchup against a Raiders defense that ranks just 22nd in Rush EPA Allowed.
George Pickens - Captain/Flex
George Pickens has made himself a lot of money this season. He ranks 15th in yards per route run (2.22), 17th in targets per game (8), and fifth in receiving yards per game (84.9). A big play hunter, Pickens is going to be a must-play on this showdown slate if he comes down with one or more deep sideline shots that Dak Prescott is bound to throw his way.
Jake Ferguson - Flex
Jake Ferguson's production tailed off a bit, and then Dallas had their bye in Week 10. Recency bias will cause many to forget just how good he's been this season. At the tight end position, Ferguson ranks second in targets (66), second in receptions (56), 13th in receiving yards (382), and second in receiving touchdowns (6). He's a strong tournament process play.
Ryan Flournoy - Large Field Tournament Flex
Ryan Fluornoy has taken over as Dallas's WR3. In their last game in Week 9 before the bye, Fluornoy played on 67.2% of the offensive snaps and ran a route on 67.3% of dropbacks. He's seen two targets in back-to-back games. To be clear, Fluornoy is not a great play, but he will be on the field and will be extremely low-owned. Sometimes you can get lucky in a one-game sample size.
Kicker
Brandon Aubrey - Flex
The Cowboys are 3.5-point favorites, and Dallas has the third-highest Implied Team Total (27) of the entire week. Brandon Aubrey is a stud and has missed just one kick all season, a 68-yard attempt that would've tied the NFL record. He's made his other five attempts of 50+ yards.
