Malik Willis (QB-MIA), Chris Bell (WR-MIA) - Bell barely stepped out on a 68-yard extended-play touchdown, or the Dolphins might have upset the Vikings. This team is getting better every week, and the fantasy spike weeks are going to come soon for this budding big-play duo. If the Dolphins believe in Willis, there's a reasonable chance that they will draft high enough to take all-world Ohio State WR prospect Jeremiah Smith, which would boost his dynasty value significantly.

Matthew Stafford (QB-LAR) - Stafford just got Puka Nacua back... for now, but we've also seen that Davante Adams can still be a #1 receiver when Nacua is out. Stafford's fantasy dud in Week 4 was mostly due to a tough matchup and Kyren Williams scoring both offensive touchdowns on the ground. Stafford has also faced a tough Broncos defense and threw for 390 yards and two scores, and he hung 327 yards and four scores on the Giants in a game that was basically over once Jaxson Dart with an injury in the first half. With the easier part of the schedule vs. the pass coming up, Stafford's ceiling is much higher than his current ranking indicates. He's the perfect target if you are a win-now dynasty team.

Fernando Mendoza (QB-LV) - If you haven't noticed, Klint Kubiak is cooking in Las Vegas. The offensive line has done an 180 from last year's ignominious performance, and this offense can beat you in multiple ways with a 38-year-old Kirk Cousins who is playing like he isn't a day over 32. Mendoza is getting the benefit of watching all of this from the bench and will be able to smoothly transition to taking over this luxury car of an offense with options galore! He's a great superflex/2QB trade target for a rebuilding team.

Jalen Coker (WR-CAR) - Coker has the bye week to rest his quad injury and should be as close to 100% as he is going to be for the rest of the season in Week 6. This Panthers offense is for real, and Tetairoa McMillan reminded everyone that they need to account for him and let Coker beat them if that's what he is capable of doing. He was late last year and early this season before getting hurt. He could still be the every-week WR2 he looked like during those stretches.

Rachaad White (RB-WAS) - White was back at practice this week after missing Week 4 with a shoulder injury. He was wearing a non-contact jersey on Wednesday, so there's no guarantee he's back this week. The team added Austin Ekeler, but White was clearly outplaying Jacory Croskey-Merritt, one of the league's least efficient backs. Ekeler is not an early-down option at this point, so it's possible, if not likely, that White will lead this backfield once he is healthy enough to play again.

Tony Pollard (RB-TEN) - Pollard is running with his usual burst and intensity, but he's stuck on a Titans team that fans would rather forget right now. He's very high on the list of trade deadline candidates for a rebuilding team and could become the starter in Denver or Green Bay, among other places, right now. There could also be additional running back injuries before Pollard is dealt, so if you want a cheap lottery ticket for your running back bench in dynasty leagues, try to get Pollard for a late-round pick swap.

Kyle Pitts Sr. (TE-ATL) - Pitts being listed here is predicated on the assumption that he will be available for pennies on the dollar from his value before the season, which is pennies on the dollar from what his value was when he came into the league in 2021. He's worth an acquisition simply because we know Kevin Stefanski really liked him, and we know defenses are going to have to start overplaying the run after two dominant performances by the Bee Robinson Boys since Michael Penix Jr. came back. Stefanski could have a counterpunch up his sleeve that unlocks Pitts for real this time. Really! I mean it!

Carson Wentz (QB-MIN) - Don't let the 4-0 record fool you. Kyler Murray hasn't been playing well enough to hold the starting job, save for two late drives against the still-in-training Dolphins defense. Kevin O'Connell knows what he has in Wentz, and we know Wentz can be a valuable quarterback in 2QB/Superflex leagues in O'Connell's offense with Justin Jefferson and company. Make sure he's not on your superflex/2QB league waiver wire.
