Josh Allen (QB-BUF), DJ Moore (WR-BUF), Dalton Kincaid (TE-BUF)
The Demeco Ryans Texans were one of Allen's nemeses, and although he was this close to a game-ending interception, he came back the next play for a game-winning touchdown to Joshua Palmer, citing the extra attention Moore drew from the safeties as the reason for the play's success. Moore also drew a long pass interference in the end zone that would have been a 50+ yard touchdown. Kincaid is healthy for the first time in his career, and he put up 26 yards per catch on the Texans' defense. This could be a fantasy football party that lasts all season long.
Tyler Shough (QB-NO)
Shough speed-ran his and the Saints' 2025 arc by starting very slow and finishing well over expectations. This Saints offense is built to pass, and they have surrounded Shough with passing game weapons. If Chris Olave stays healthy and Jordyn Tyson can get back on the field against the Saints' soft schedule, Week 1's numbers for Shough won't be a fluke.
Bhayshul Tuten (RB-JAX)
Tuten pulled away from Chris Rodriguez Jr. as the lead back in the second half in a development that is far from final, but certainly very positive for the direction Tuten's season is going. The Jaguars offense was able to coast for most of the second half, and opposing defenses will loosen up as long as Trevor Lawrence keeps playing at this level. If he can get goal-line carries over Rodriguez, Tuten could be worth more than Omarion Hampton
Kalif Raymond (WR-CHI)
Raymond is surprisingly cheap for a player used extensively in what looks like a top-3 offensive environment for fantasy football. Perhaps Rome Odunze getting back to full health will reduce Raymond's role to a bit part. Maybe Week 1 was a true outlier, and the Bears offense will be closer to 2025's version than Week 1. None of that changes that Raymond has a demonstrated ceiling and chemistry with Caleb Williams. I'll put as many chips on Ben Johnson as I can until it is proven unwise.
Antonio Williams (WR-WAS)
I whiffed on Williams because once Stefon Diggs was signed, I expected his role to be peripheral, and I wasn't able to see the "size of the fight in the dog" edge that others correctly did on his college tape. His role was indeed peripheral in Week 1 - 26 snaps and four targets - but he caught all four for 65 yards and a score in quite the auspicious debut. It will be hard to get him from the team that drafted him in dynasty leagues, but it's worth a shot.
Bryce Young (QB-CAR)
Give the Bears defense a big assist, but Young showed growth in Week 1 that was the kind of progress that will earn him a long-term extension. He kept his wits about him when the pocket broke down and made more than one inspired and productive play outside of structure. Young excels as a deep passer, and it appears Jalen Coker is going to unlock that ability with Brad Idzik calling plays. The offensive line will only improve as it gets healthier, and Tetairoa McMillan is a pretty good receiver in his own right. Young's ability to add value with his legs is underrated. He scored six times as a runner in 2024 and already has one this year. It's a great time to trade into Young in superflex leagues.
