Lamar Jackson (QB-BAL), Zay Flowers (WR-BAL) -Try to overpay for either of this duo in redraft leagues. Jackson has only had Flowers for parts of two games, but it is clear he is playing at a very high level and will bring this pass offense with him as long as the $140 million man is on the field. The Ravens face Tennessee, Atlanta, Cleveland, Cincinnati, and Buffalo over the next five weeks, so expect the Ravens to go on a run of 30+ point games.

Daniel Jones (QB-IND), Josh Downs (WR-IND), Keenan Allen (WR-IND) - The Colts opened with Ravens, Chiefs, and Texans, and Jones lost Alec Pierce in Week 2, but they still took the Chiefs to overtime and beat the Texans even though Will Anderson Jr. had two strip sacks that the Texans recovered. Now that Jones and company are facing the woeful Commanders pass defense that has already allowed 11 passing scores (three to Jalen Hurts and four to Sam Darnold!), expect an air show in London. Allen looked sharp playing a larger role last week, and Downs is a big game waiting to happen.

Drake Maye (QB-NE), Rhamondre Stevenson (RB-NE), Mack Hollins (WR-NE) - Maye isn't as bad as he has played in the last three games, just like he isn't as good as he looked against a weak schedule last year. Josh McDaniels isn't helping, but getting to face Buffalo, and then after Las Vegas, a runway of the Jets, Bears, Dolphins, Packers, and Lions from Weeks 7-11, a stretch in which they should get A.J. Brown back at some point. Stevenson has nine lives in this backfield and should be a flex play with upside, and Hollins will be the #1 target until Brown is back - at least four more weeks - and he is free on some waiver wires.

Adonai Mitchell (WR-NYJ) - Mitchell probably won't return this week, and he's questionable at best for Week 5, but he should be back by Week 6, as the Jets did not put him on injured reserve after he suffered the finger injury leading up to Week 3. Mitchell was Geno Smith's top target in Week 2, and Smith is playing at a high level right now. Mitchell's dynasty value could grow by leaps and bounds once he comes back.

Malik Willis (QB-MIA), Chris Bell (WR-MIA) - Bell's acceleration and suddenness looked like an optical illusion in a player with his build. He is going to be one of the steals of the draft if that's an accurate representation of his athleticism less than a year removed from ACL surgery. The Dolphins are going to be in position to possibly add all-world WR prospect Jeremiah Smith (Ohio State) to this offense if Malik Willis improves enough over the course of the season to convince them to pass on a quarterback early in next year's draft. This offense has the making of something good and should get better as the season goes on.

Woody Marks (RB-HOU), CJ Stroud (QB-HOU) - Marks should get a larger role this week after the team appears ready to give him a chance to prove he is more capable than David Montgomery. He might be viewed as the running back of the present and future with a strong game against the Cowboys. Stroud has played some of the best football of his career over the first three weeks, and the team also appears ready to make him the center of the offense just as Nico Collins is closing in on his return from a Week 1 hamstring injury.

Saquon Barkley (RB-PHI) - Surely Sean Mannion is going to look at the tape and realize the Eagles need to get the ball in his hands 20+ times a game? Devonta Smith is nursing a hamstring injury and might not be ready to play this week. Jalen Hurts was cold as ice on Monday night.  It's time to ride Barkley. If the dynasty team he is on is 0-3, they might be willing to deal him for less than a future first in a rebuilding effort.

Brenton Strange (TE-JAX) - Strange hasn't done much yet, but remember, even before Trevor Lawrence was comfortable in Liam Coen's offense, he was most efficient when he was throwing to Strange. The Jaguars haven't even had to pass for most of the second half in each of their home wins. There's room for Strange's value to grow as the Jaguars offense continues to improve and Lawrence displays peak processing and execution.
