Between now and a few weeks after the NFL Draft, dynasty fantasy football rookies drafts are in full swing.

Of course, you can check our Rookie Rankings to see which rookies are expected to do well. But average draft position (ADP) is important too. That way, you don't just know who is expected to do well, but you also find out each player's value in the overall market.

Luckily, our Joey Wright has started running rookie mock drafts. They run every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. They started with just a single round but will eventually move to four-round affairs. If you'd like to get involved with these, he does them in three different places: our Discord, our message board, and on X.

We've looked at the results and created exclusive ADP for you. It is below.

2025 Dynasty Superflex Rookie ADP

Key

  • Pick: the average pick in a 12-team league
  • ADP: the average draft position
  • High: the earliest the player was taken
  • Low: the latest the player was taken ("n/a" means the player wasn't selected in that draft)

1. BAL: Baltimore hiring Tyler Santucci

Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport

Georgia Tech defensive coordinator Tyler Santucci is being hired by the Baltimore Ravens to be their new linebackers coach, according to a source.

Our view: This will be Santucci's first job on an NFL coaching staff. He is a disciple of Texas A&M head coach Mike Elko, who previously turned around the Duke football program in his two years as head coach there. Mark DeLeone was the previous linebackers coach, but 2023 third round pick Trenton Simpson failed to develop as a starter, and the team decided to move on from DeLeone.

2. IND: Ryan Kelly expects to test market

Source: FOX 59 Indianapolis - Mike Chappell

Indianapolis Colts impending free-agent C Ryan Kelly said he would like to re-sign with the Colts this offseason but expects to talk with other teams during free agency.

Our view: Quenton Nelson is the better known name, but Kelly has been a cornerstone of an above average line in his nine years with the Colts. He expressed disappointment when the team didn't offer him an extension last offseason, and then they drafted Tanner Bortolini, a center from Wisconsin, in the fourth round of last year's draft. Kelly could be a big veteran addition for an offensive line, but he'll need to be able to play more than the 10 games he did last year because of missed time with a knee injury.

3. CHI: Eric Bieniemy added to coaching staff

Source: CBSSports.com - Jonathan Jones

Former Washington Commanders offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy is joining the Chicago Bears as their new running backs coach, according to a source.

Our view: Bieniemy was a head coach candidate not all that long ago, and then after an unsuccessful year as the Washington offensive coordinator, he had an unsuccessful year as the UCLA offensive coordinator. He had been successful in his position coach and coordinator jobs before that, and this should be seen as a good thing for D'Andre Swift and any running back that the Bears sign or draft. This is also an indication of Ben Johnson's sway to get experienced coaches on the first staff he will lead as a head coach.

4. PIT: Russell Wilson focusing on Pittsburgh

Source: NFL.com - Christian Gonzales

Pittsburgh Steelers impending free-agent QB Russell Wilson said he is focusing on staying with the Steelers and is not looking at other teams.

Our view: The Seahawks loom as a possibility if Wilson ends up on a different team next season. The Steelers are expected to keep one of Wilson and Justin Fields after team owner and president Art Rooney II said as much earlier in the work, but he added that they won't keep both.

📣 Voice Of The Footballguy 🎤

📊 POLL RESULTS: In our last issue of the Daily Update, we asked you Footballguys:

Which rookie RB takes control of his backfield first?

And the Footballguy says: I trust TreVeyon Henderson more than the Patriots do.

TODAY: Clayton Gray’s deep dive into how player values are shifting in high-stakes NFFC drafts reveals one clear trend — quarterbacks are climbing.

Among the biggest movers this week: Lamar Jackson surged 6 spots, Jayden Daniels climbed 4, and Bo Nix jumped 8. But which of these rising QBs most deserves the boost?

So today, we ask you Footballguys:

🗳️ POLL: Which rising QB most deserves their recent NFFC ADP surge?

When you vote in the Poll below, you'll see the current standings, and we'll post the final results in the next edition of the Daily Update.

5. HOU: C.J. Stroud felt some heat in 2024

Source: ProFootballReference.com

Houston Texans QB C.J. Stroud was hurried a league-high 66 times during the 2024 season, according to Pro Football Reference.

Our view: The Texans fired their offensive line coach and offensive coordinator after the season, in part as a reaction to this development. Houston has interviewed seven candidates for the job, not including Green Bay offensive coordinator Adam Stenavich. The Packers could block the interview, but allowed Stenavich to talk to Seattle about their opening earlier in the hiring cycle before the Seahawks hired Klint Kubiak. Stenavich would get to be a playcaller in Houston, which is not a possibility in Green Bay. Luke Getsy was recently given the title "senior offensive assistant" by the Packers after rejoining their staff last year. He could become the Green Bay offensive coordinator if Stenavich takes this job.

6. LVR: Rob Leonard earns slight promotion

Source: NFL Network - Mike Garafolo

Las Vegas Raiders line coach Rob Leonard will remain with the team after the team added run-game coordinator to his title on Saturday, Feb. 1.

Our view: Pete Carroll has kept Patrick Graham as defensive coordinator and Tom McMahon as special teams coordinator from Antonio Pierce's staff, and now he'll keep Leonard, which is another good sign that Maxx Crosby isn't going anywhere, since Leonard coached his position group. Now, we'll wait to see who Carroll brings in to coach the offense.

7. JAX: Richard Angulo remaining in Jacksonville

Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport

The Jacksonville Jaguars have re-signed tight ends coach Richard Angulo to a new multi-year deal, according to a source. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Detroit Lions had expressed interest recently in hiring him.

Our view: Angulo was on the Ravens staff as tight ends coach before he joined Doug Pederson's staff in Jacksonville in 2022. New head coach Liam Coen hasn't hired an offensive coordinator yet, but Rams offensive assistant and passing game coordinator Nate Scheelhaase is the leading candidate for the Jaguars' offensive coordinator job.

8. MIN: Sam Darnold bided his time in the pocket in 2024

Source: ProFootballReference.com

Minnesota Vikings QB Sam Darnold averaged 2.6 seconds in pocket time during the 2024 season, according to Pro Football Reference.

Our view: If the Vikings don't tag or re-sign Darnold, pay close attention to quality of his offensive line. He has a tendency to "see ghosts" and was exposed by the Lions and Rams pressure-heavy defensive game plans to end the season.
