It's Broadway and Wall Street in New York, the rockets launching from NASA in Houston, Hollywood movie production in Los Angeles, the casinos and neon lights of Las Vegas, the majesty of the Golden Gate in San Francisco. Every city breathes its own history, flavors, sounds, and a fantasy football protagonist for this season. That player who can be compared to the very essence of the city and its people.

On this journey, we will visit all 32 cities with an NFL team. We will discover the fantasy soul of each one: that receiver who immediately accelerates like a NASCAR car, the player who offers consistency and routine and becomes absolutely necessary, just like coffee, or the theater protagonist who takes over the stage.

It's time to travel through the NFL as if it were a map filled with culture, history, and identity. Who is the most valuable fantasy option on each team?

Arizona Cardinals

There are few images more recognizable in Arizona than a desert sunset. The sky changes color, the mountains stand out on the horizon, and for a few minutes, everything seems perfectly designed.

The arrival of Jeremiyah Love to the team has something of that.

He doesn't need to be the most eye-catching option from the very beginning (yes, I'm referencing his ankle injury) to end up being one of the players who shines the brightest; we simply need him to consistently show up and have volume. His talent is undeniable, and his role as a workhorse back should be just as undeniable. Just like a desert sunset, when a running back with Top-12 potential is available in Round 3, it's difficult to look the other way.

Atlanta Falcons

Atlanta needs no introduction when it comes to hip-hop music. The city has been a factory of artists, producers, and sounds that ended up defining a large part of American popular culture.

Bijan Robinson fits that identity perfectly. He has style, creativity, and an almost artistic and powerful ability to find space where it seemingly doesn't exist. He also has tremendous versatility; he can produce on the ground, contribute in the passing game, and turn an ordinary play into something worth watching on an infinite loop, just like you would with your favorite song.

In a city that turned creativity into an industry, Bijan plays with the same philosophy: do it differently, make it spectacular, and make it look easy. My 1.01 this season.

Baltimore Ravens

Baltimore has an almost religious relationship with crabs. And eating them is not exactly an activity done with utensils or manners. You use your hands, crack the shell to discover what's inside, and inevitably get your hands dirty. Something unconventional.

Lamar Jackson is like that. He is not a quarterback who can be analyzed conventionally. His game breaks the mold. He runs when nobody expects him to run, turns broken plays into spectacular ones, and, along with other QBs, has changed the way we understand the potential of a QB in fantasy.

In Baltimore, the crab is part of the identity. Lamar is too. This season could be his best yet. After a down year in 2025, the tide from the Maryland coast will bring him back to the highest level.

Buffalo Bills

Buffalo has one of the most famous foods in all of the United States. Buffalo wings were born here and eventually conquered the world.

Josh Allen seems to have followed a similar path. It is impossible to talk about fantasy football on this team without talking about Allen. His combination of passing and rushing production has made him one of the most valuable profiles at the position and one of the quarterbacks who can single-handedly alter a matchup.

And, just like with wings... it's your decision whether you want to take the risk with the spiciest ones, choosing Josh Allen early in the Draft, or order ones that are much less spicy by waiting on a QB for a few rounds. I have to confess that in this case, I prefer the options that don't burn quite as much.

Carolina Panthers

North Carolina has something many people forget when they think about the state: a huge coastline and some of the region's most attractive beaches.

Many have also forgotten how good this offense looked late last season. Tetairoa McMillan will have the opportunity to establish himself as the new face of the offense. His size and ability to win contested catches give him a profile that can stand out even in an offense that is still building its identity.

The ocean is huge and has room for a new star. It's worth swimming in these waters.

Chicago Bears

A genuine question... should I keep talking about Chicago here, or is it time to choose something characteristic of Hammond, Indiana? Let's stick with the city of Illinois... for now.

Chicago doesn't do things halfway. And neither does its pizza. Deep dish is heavy, abundant, and substantial, with enough ingredients to practically be an entire meal in a single dish.

Colston Loveland represents something similar for Chicago's offense: a TE capable of contributing in different facets and feeding everyone. No matter how many offensive "slices" this offense has, Loveland should be the one who dominates in opportunities.

You don't need 12 ingredients to make a good pizza. But if you decide to eat pizza, go big.

Cincinnati Bengals

Cincinnati has one of the NFL's most distinctive food debates: Skyline Chili. It may seem strange to someone who didn't grow up with it. To locals, it is part of their identity.

Ja'Marr Chase has a similar characteristic: he doesn't need much explanation, and his team wouldn't be the same without him on the roster. He is one of those players who become an inseparable part of his team's identity.

In Cincinnati, Chase is the main course. There may be several options on the menu, but if Chase is available in the first round, there is no way to pass him up.

Cleveland Browns

Cleveland boasts having been one of the key cities in the birth of Rock & Roll and is even home to its Hall of Fame. A genre born to break structures, turn up the volume, and make things a little louder.

Quinshon Judkins has that profile. He is a physical, aggressive running back capable of generating yards after contact. He doesn't need too many flourishes or a symphony to make his mark, generating 12.1 points per game in his first year in a completely suboptimal situation.

With the Browns, even with several question marks, fantasy football at full volume can also sound loud. Judkins is a solid RB2.

Dallas Cowboys

Dallas and the Cowboys are so closely tied to Western culture that they are inseparable.

And if there is one player who can represent that identity on the field, it is CeeDee Lamb. A true protagonist. Even if his numbers may appear to have been overshadowed by another star in George Pickens, he is still the option you want to find when you need a big play and the player around whom an entire offense can revolve.

In Dallas, stars don't arrive to become part of the landscape. They arrive to be the landscape. Lamb should experience positive touchdown regression, put his cowboy hat back on, and be a Top-5 option.

Denver Broncos

Denver lives with the Rocky Mountains on the horizon. Their imposing peaks, rock formations, dense pine forests, and enormous wildlife diversity.

Jaylen Waddle arrives as a new species in an ecosystem very favorable for fantasy football. A fast, elusive element who disappears when he finds space. He fits this scheme perfectly. Waddle has the potential to be a high-end WR2.

Detroit Lions

Detroit is Motown. A city that turned music into part of its identity and produced artists capable of changing American culture.

Jahmyr Gibbs has that same element of spectacle. His speed, explosiveness, and receiving ability make his plays look like choreography. A run can start between the tackles and end several seconds later with Gibbs flying across the field at full speed.

Motown made entire generations dance. Gibbs can make your fantasy team dance all the way to the top of the popularity charts.

Green Bay Packers

If any city has the right to be represented by cheese, it's Green Bay.

Tucker Kraft has a pretty fitting connection to that identity. He may not be the main ingredient in many dishes, but he can be a basic ingredient that elevates any meal. Kraft is one of those players who can end up being much more important than his name suggests at the beginning of the year.

For someone who loves his quesadilla... cheese is an essential ingredient. I feel the same way about this TE. He is an essential part of my draft strategies.

Houston Texans

Houston literally looks upward. The city is inseparable from NASA and the Johnson Space Center, and few identities better represent the idea of pursuing something without knowing how far it can go.

Nico Collins has that profile too. His combination of size, catch radius, and ability to make explosive plays makes him one of Houston's most important pieces. I believe Collins has still not reached his maximum potential.

This rocket has permission to launch to the sky. He could end up being one of the best picks in Round 2.

Indianapolis Colts

Indianapolis is home to one of the most important races in the world. During the Indianapolis 500, speed, endurance, and strategy all have to work in tandem.

Jonathan Taylor knows that combination perfectly. A running back needs volume, efficiency, and explosiveness to produce at the highest fantasy level. Taylor offers all three. A running back capable of running all 500 miles of the NFL season by himself.

Jacksonville Jaguars

Jacksonville boasts being the largest city by area in the United States. That size allows for diversity, with more than 30 kilometers of beaches, more than 400 public parks, and the St. Johns River running from south to north.

The Jaguars were a team full of resources but lacked someone who knew how to make the most of them. Liam Coen showed that the potential was always there in Trevor Lawrence. When he has time, rhythm, and freedom to operate, his talent can emerge. 2026 will be the year of consolidation.

Jacksonville is a city that lives looking toward the horizon. Lawrence does too.

Kansas City Chiefs

Kansas City needs little introduction when it comes to BBQ. Smoked, slow, intense, and prepared to feed a crowd.

Ken Walker III needs little introduction or needs to prove absolutely anything either. He arrives in Kansas City to become the centerpiece of its rushing attack. If the plan works, he could end up being one of those players who feeds an entire offense.

In Kansas City, the BBQ was missing an explosive main course, and that dish has just arrived.

Los Angeles Chargers

Mike McDaniel knows how to do it too (no matter how much he tries to make us believe he will set up a committee). Omarion Hampton is ready to become the protagonist and the next emerging star in the NFL. After a rookie season limited by injuries, Hampton enters a scenario where his talent can finally turn into production.

In Hollywood, having talent is only the first step. Then you have to prove you can be the star of the movie.

Los Angeles Rams

The Rams represent another side of Los Angeles: entertainment, spectacle, and big stages.

Puka Nacua seems made for them. Since arriving in the NFL, he quickly became one of those receivers who turn every catch into a major event. His production and style of play seem designed for prime time.

Los Angeles has many stars. Puka is already one of them. For many, in fact, the brightest star among all receivers this season.

Las Vegas Raiders

In Las Vegas, everything revolves around risk. Every bet has a potentially huge reward, and nobody walks into a casino thinking about losing.

Brock Bowers represents exactly the kind of fantasy bet you want to make when you know the ceiling is enormous. The talent is there. The production is there too. And the environment could be much better this season.

In Las Vegas, betting is part of the culture. In fantasy, Bowers could be the best bet at the TE position.

Miami Dolphins

Miami is heat, beaches, spectacle, and nights of partying.

De'Von Achane seems to have been designed in a laboratory specifically to represent all of that. Few players can change a game with a single play. A short reception can become 60 yards. A seemingly harmless carry can end six seconds later in a touchdown.

The spectacle in Miami is called Achane.

Minnesota Vikings

The Land of 10,000 Lakes. Water everywhere, landscapes that seem to stretch forever, and a deep connection with nature.

Justin Jefferson last season was like swimming without a life jacket in one of those many lakes. But his talent, like the landscapes, is enormous. One bad fishing season doesn't mean the fish have disappeared from the lakes.

The naming of Kyler Murray as the starting QB makes me want to grab my fishing rod and go looking for him in drafts late in the first round.

New England Patriots

New England is deeply connected to the history of the United States. Boston and its surrounding areas were central to the American Revolution. A movement that began with dissatisfaction with the situation.

A.J. Brown's arrival in New England is partly the result of his dissatisfaction in Philadelphia. His former team had no other choice but to release him via trade.

Brown is still an elite WR. Now he has a new setting and the opportunity to completely change expectations around his production. New city. New and better quarterback. New beginning. Brown's fantasy revolution could reach its peak this season.

New Orleans Saints

New Orleans doesn't simply have music. It has one of the most important musical identities on the planet. Jazz was born of improvisation, rhythm, and the search for new ways to do something that seemed familiar.

Chris Olave has some of that in him. His ability to create separation and move around the field allows him to turn seemingly ordinary routes into special plays.

In New Orleans, the music never disappears. Olave shouldn't disappear from your radar this season either.

New York Giants

New York is Broadway. Lights, gigantic stages, and protagonists who have to be ready to perform in front of millions.

Malik Nabers already has the stage. We know he can turn it into his show. An injury kept him from giving it everything on the biggest stage. Everything indicates he will be ready to start performing in Week 1. Because of his talent, it's worth paying the ticket price to see the show.

New York Jets

New York never sleeps, never stops. Breece Hall shouldn't stop either... unless it's because of an injury.

The Jets have gone through enough changes that the context around Hall is once again one of the biggest fantasy questions of the season. But his talent remains the same. In a city where everything can change from one day to the next, the outlook for their lead running back has changed due to the groin injury he just sustained. Even so, Hall has the opportunity to once again become the protagonist.

If New York always gives you another chance, why shouldn't we give one to a RB with Top-15 potential? Especially now, given the added discount.

Philadelphia Eagles

Philadelphia has many things it can brag about, but few are as recognizable as a cheesesteak. It is substantial, abundant, doesn't need much explanation, and its recipe has been replicated around the world.

Saquon Barkley shares some of those characteristics. When Philadelphia gives him the ball, the offense has a piece capable of producing on the ground and through the air, and of turning volume into points. The recipe used last season wasn't ideal, but a slight change to it in 2026 could make Barkley a solid Top-10 option.

Pittsburgh Steelers

Pittsburgh was built around steel. The city learned how to turn raw materials into something much more durable.

Can Mike McCarthy improve this offense? DK Metcalf appears to be the steel piece of this team, at least toward the interior of the team. But the outlook doesn't look as solid as steel. There are too many question marks surrounding Aaron Rodgers at QB.

In Pittsburgh, steel is part of the history. But we can deny that steel has depreciated.

Seattle Seahawks

Grunge was born in the streets of Seattle with a very particular philosophy: it didn't need to follow the rules or look like what was working somewhere else. It needed to be authentic.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba had a similar path. During his first season, he had to wait behind DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett. Then, little by little, he stopped being the promise and became the protagonist. In 2025, he made that leap into the elite.

Grunge never sought perfection. It sought identity. Smith-Njigba has found his too.

San Francisco 49ers

San Francisco represents innovation. Silicon Valley took ideas that seemed impossible and turned them into products that changed the way we live.

Christian McCaffrey did something similar with the running back position. He runs. He catches. He blocks. He scores. For years, he has embodied one of the most complete profiles in fantasy football.

In San Francisco, innovation is part of the DNA. Its offense under Kyle Shanahan is also based on innovation. The big question is whether McCaffrey has already reached the maximum possible point of production.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Tampa Bay has a historic connection to the image of pirates, an identity that even became part of the personality of its sports teams.

Emeka Egbuka arrives with a fairly simple mission: find the treasure. With Mike Evans gone, there are too many available targets waiting for a new owner. Egbuka is the leading candidate to absorb them.

In Tampa, Egbuka can be one of the biggest fantasy treasures.

Tennesee Titans

Nashville is Music City. And if there is one genre that defines the city, it is country music.

Carnell Tate arrives in Tennessee as the new banjo player in the band where Cam Ward is the lead singer. The QB needed someone who knows how to play the banjo and play it well. Tate was one of the most highly regarded receivers available in the draft and will now have the opportunity to become a primary weapon in an offense looking to build something new.

Every great song needs a first note. Tate is ready to play it.

Washington Commanders

Washington, D.C., is a city built around monuments, institutions, and history. Among the most recognizable are the Lincoln Memorial and the Washington Monument, the obelisk for those who may not know it. But there are others that are equally important, such as the Thomas Jefferson Memorial and the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial.

Something similar happens with Jayden Daniels and Terry McLaurin. Everyone knows the QB's fantasy value, but McLaurin is being overlooked in drafts.

Year after year, he has maintained consistent production despite changes at quarterback, on the coaching staff, and in offensive schemes. This should be another year of steady production. His only down year was due to injuries, not a lack of talent.

Every City Has an Identity

All 32 cities have distinct identities. Some can be found in a meal, others in a song, a mountain, a monument, or a particular way of life.

And that is exactly what makes the NFL so much fun. Fantasy football can be reduced to rankings, ADP, targets, touchdowns, and points. But behind every NFL and fantasy football player there is a city, a culture, and a story that make the sport and our favorite hobby much bigger than a spreadsheet.

Because when Draft Day arrives and one of these names appears on your screen, maybe you won't simply be selecting a player. You'll be choosing a little piece of Arizona, Atlanta, Baltimore, Buffalo... and of the 32 cities that make the NFL what it is.
