A PPR Top 250 list is notoriously difficult to prepare during OTAs. We can still take our best shot as the official start of summer is approaching. Having a strong foundational starting point to make adjustments from is key to not overreacting to random news events.
Players in green are underrated by the rest of the fantasy community.
Players in yellow are overrated.
The Bloom Top 250 June Edition

20. Chase Brown (RB-CIN) - The team made minimal additions at RB, could reproduce second-half #s
21. Bucky Irving (RB-TB) - Took control of the backfield as rookie season went on, value could grow
22. Ladd McConkey (WR-LAC) - Quickly became Herbert's favorite target, arrow pointing up
23. Drake London (WR-ATL) - Should finally produce up to talent level with Penix at QB
24. Josh Jacobs (RB-GB) - Should remain central in Packers' offensive game plan
