Denver Broncos WR Courtland Sutton caught one pass for 17 yards against the New York Jets in Week 6. He was targeted three times during the game.
Footballguys view: Like George Pickens last week, Sutton was contained by Sauce Gardner. Unlike Pickens, there was no long touchdown to salvage Sutton's fantasy day. Gardner will face rookie Tetairoa McMillan next week, while Sutton should bounce back against the Giants. |

Denver Broncos WR Troy Franklin caught three passes for 19 yards against the New York Jets in Week 6 but did lose a fumble. He was targeted four times during the game.
Link to storyDenver Broncos WR Pat Bryant caught two passes for 22 yards against the New York Jets in Week 6. He was targeted two times during the game.
Link to storyDenver Broncos TE Nate Adkins caught two passes for 23 yards and one touchdown against the New York Jets in Week 6. He was targeted two times during the game.
Link to storyDenver Broncos WR Marvin Mims caught two passes for 30 yards against the New York Jets in Week 6. He was targeted three times during the game.
Link to storyDenver Broncos TE Evan Engram caught five passes for 42 yards against the New York Jets in Week 6. He was targeted six times during the game and also had one carry for seven yards in the running game.
Footballguys view: Engram was the only player in the Broncos offense that wasn't a fantasy bust today. He has been building momentum since returning from a back injury and will be a viable streamer next week against the Giants defense that just gave up a big game to Dallas Goedert on Thursday. |

Denver Broncos RB RJ Harvey caught four passes for 21 yards against the New York Jets in Week 6. He also rushed for four yards on two carries during the game.
Footballguys view: This looked like a very good spot for Harvey after the Jets got blown out last week at home while the Broncos gave the Eagles their first loss of the season, in part by sticking with the run. The Broncos offense has been too inconsistent to give Harvey positive game scripts every week. Harvey is not threatening JK Dobbins to start and is only an injury upside bench stash right now heading into a matchup with the Giants. |
Denver Broncos RB J.K. Dobbins rushed for 40 yards on 14 carries against the New York Jets in Week 6.
Footballguys view: Sticking with Dobbins helped the Broncos come back against the Eagles, but he never got in a groove in London. The Jets defense hasn't had many successes this season, but they did stiffen against the Broncos running game after getting gashed by Javonte Williams and De'Von Achane the last two weeks. Dobbins will face the Giants next week, while Rico Dowdle and maybe Chuba Hubbard will square off with the Jets run defense. |

Denver Broncos QB Bo Nix went 19-for-30 for 174 yards and one touchdown against the New York Jets in Week 6. He also rushed for 24 yards on five carries during the game.
Footballguys view: One week after a triumphant fourth quarter comeback against the Eagles, Nix and the Broncos failed to consistently move the ball against the Jets in New York's best defensive performance of the season. Nix has been a fantasy disappointment after coming into the season with higher expectations. He will face a Giants team that is coming off of their biggest win of the season - ironically, against the Eagles. |
The Denver Broncos have declared DE Jonah Elliss, DE Sai'vion Jones, QB Sam Ehlinger, OT Frank Crum, DT Jordan Jackson and RB Tyler Badie inactive for Week 6.

Denver Broncos OG Ben Powers (biceps) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Saturday, Oct. 11.
Link to storyDenver Broncos LB Nik Bonitto has multiple sacks in three straight games heading into Week 6 against the New York Jets in London. If he can get to 1.5 or more sacks Sunday, Oct. 12, he'll become just the sixth NFL player since 2000 with multiple sacks in four consecutive games.
Link to storyDenver Broncos DL Malcolm Roach (calf) will be activated from the Reserve/Injured list Saturday, Oct. 11, ahead of the Week 6 game against the New York Jets, but he remains questionable to play in London, according to a source.

Free-agent WR Treylon Burks (Titans) is scheduled to meet with the Denver Broncos next week, according to a source.
Footballguys view: Burks injured his collarbone in late July, and the Titans decided to move on from him. Now, he's cleared to return to football activities and is getting a bit of interest from the Broncos. A top-20 pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, Burks has been oft-injured and has disappointed in his pro career. He's a practice squad candidate if Denver does pick him up. |
Denver Broncos LB Jonah Elliss (ribs, shoulder) and G Ben Powers (biceps) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 6 against the New York Jets. DL Malcolm Roach (calf) practiced in full on Friday, Oct. 10, and is listed as questionable. RB Tyler Badie (shoulder), LB Nik Bonitto (wrist), DL D.J. Jones (shoulder), and LB Alex Singleton (thumb) practiced in full on Friday and no longer appear on the injury report.

Link to storyDenver Broncos RB Tyler Badie, WR Trent Sherfield and TE Adam Trautman each had one reception apiece in Week 5 against the Philadelphia Eagles. Badie had a 16-yard catch with two targets, Sherfield had a 15-yard grab on two targets and Trautman had an 11-yard reception on his lone target.
Footballguys view: Badie suffered a shoulder injury during today's game, but he was able to return and finish without apparent difficulty. |

Denver Broncos TE Evan Engram finished with four catches for 33 yards and a touchdown on six targets in Week 5 against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Footballguys view: Engram made a few key plays in the big comeback effort, including what turned into the go ahead touchdown after Sean Payton boldly went for two with the score 17-16 Philadelphia. Engram should be added on the waiver wire this week heading into a matchup against a Jets defense that just gave up two scores to Jake Ferguson. |

Denver Broncos WR Troy Franklin finished with three receptions for 35 yards on five targets in Week 5 against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Link to storyDenver Broncos WR Courtland Sutton finished with eight receptions for a team-best 99 yards on 10 targets in Week 5 against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Denver Broncos RB Adam Prentice had an 8-yard carry on his lone offensive touch in Week 5 against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Link to storyDenver Broncos RB RJ Harvey rushed four times for 12 yards in Week 5 against the Philadelphia Eagles, while adding three receptions for 18 yards on three targets.
Link to storyDenver Broncos RB J.K. Dobbins rushed 20 times for 79 yards and a touchdown in Week 5 against the Philadelphia Eagles, while adding a 5-yard reception on his lone target.
Footballguys view: The Broncos stuck with Dobbins even though they were behind 14 points going into the fourth quarter, and it paid off. Dobbins is a solid RB2 with his value on the rise heading into a matchup against the reeling Jets defense. RJ Harvey is not coming for Dobbins' job any time soon. |

Denver Broncos QB Bo Nix completed 24-of-39 passes for 242 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions in Week 5 against the Philadelphia Eagles, and he rushed three times for 22 yards.

Updating a previous report, Denver Broncos TE Lucas Krull (foot) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list Saturday, Oct. 4.
Link to storyThe Denver Broncos intend to place TE Lucas Krull (foot) on short-term injured reserve, according to a source. He would miss at least four games, meaning that the earliest he could return to action is Week 9's game versus the Houston Texans.
Footballguys view: Krull is not doing much this year as the primary backup move tight end behind Evan Engram. In fact, Engram isn't doing much after Broncos HC Sean Payton ranted and raved about adding him as the "joker" this offseason. Most Fantasy GMs have benched or dumped Engram after four games. If Engram finally clicks in Payton's offense, he could be a fantasy factor. |
Denver Broncos TE Lucas Krull (foot) did not participate in practice Friday, Oct. 3, and has been ruled out for Week 5. TE Nate Adkins (concussion), LB Nik Bonitto (wrist), LB Jonah Elliss (ribs), OG Quinn Meinerz (illness), WR Marvin Mims (ankle, hip) and LB Alex Singleton (thumb) fully participated in practice and are not on the injury report.

Denver Broncos WR Marvin Mims (ankle, hip) fully participated in practice Friday, Oct. 3, and is not on the injury report for Week 5.
Footballguys view: After back-to-back limited practices to start the week, Mims was upgraded to a full participant on Friday. He's a high-ceiling flyer in extremely deep leagues, but it isn't easy to trust him as anything more than that. |
Denver Broncos OG Quinn Meinerz (illness) did not participate in practice Thursday, Oct. 2. TE Nate Adkins (concussion), LB Jonah Elliss (ribs) and WR Marvin Mims (ankle, hip) were limited during practice. LB Nik Bonitto (wrist) and LB Alex Singleton (thumb) fully participated in practice.

Denver Broncos QB Bo Nix completed 29 of his 42 passes for 326 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception versus the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 4. Nix also ran for seven yards and a touchdown on six rushing attempts, though three of those were kneel downs.
Footballguys view: According to ESPN.com's Jeff Legwold, this was Nix's most complete game of the season. Save for an end zone interception late in the first half, he easily had his best passing game of the season. He also scored a rushing touchdown. Denver cleared 500 yards in the final two minutes of this game, rode a fantastic rushing night from J.K. Dobbins (16 carries, 101 yards), dialed up play-action off Dobbins' successes, and torched the Bengals in a gleeful showing. Everybody got involved: Courtland Sutton, Marvin Mims Jr., Troy Franklin, and RJ Harvey each recorded at least four receptions. |
