Cardinals wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. did not return to Arizona's 31-27 loss to the Colts due to a concussion.
Footballguys view: Harrison left the game within the second quarter after the back of his head hit the turf following a 21-yard catch. He walked to the locker room and was ruled out at the start of the second half. He had two catches for 32 yards before leaving the game. Harrison suffered a concussion in Week 6 last season but returned the next week. He'll need to clear the league's concussion protocol to play against the Packers in Week 7. |
Arizona Cardinals TE Trey McBride caught 8-of-11 targets for 72 yards and a touchdown in a 31-27 loss to the Indianapolis Colts in Week 6.
Footballguys view: In a development that was perhaps more amusing for fantasy teams that don't have Trey McBride (and were not facing him today), the tight end promptly scored when Kyler Murray was out. Jacoby Brissett should start again for at least one more week, which should enhance McBride's value against the Packers. |
Arizona Cardinals WR Michael Wilson caught 4-of-5 targets for 44 yards in a 31-27 loss to the Indianapolis Colts in Week 6.

Arizona Cardinals WR Greg Dortch caught 3-of-3 targets for nine yards and a touchdown in a 31-27 loss to the Indianapolis Colts in Week 6.

Arizona Cardinals WR Zay Jones caught 5-of-8 targets for 79 yards in a 31-27 loss to the Indianapolis Colts in Week 6.
Footballguys view: Jones could be a viable desperation play against the Packers in Week 7 if Marvin Harrison sits because of a concussion he suffered in this game. Backup quarterback Jacoby Brissett seems to have good chemistry with Jones and should start next week while Kyler Murray nurses a lis franc foot injury. |

Arizona Cardinals RB Michael Carter ran 9 times for 34 yards and caught two passes for 30 yards in a 31-27 loss to the Indianapolis Colts in Week 6.

Arizona Cardinals RB Bam Knight ran 11 times for 34 yards and a touchdown in a 31-27 loss to the Indianapolis Colts in Week 6.
Footballguys view: It was reported on Sunday morning that Knight would start. He did have a larger role than he did in Week 5, and he was a suitable flex play or emergency RB2 for anyone who plugged him in based on the news. The Cardinals still went with a committee as Michael Carter touched the ball 11 times. Knight is just a desperation play next week, but he shouldn't be on the waiver wire in most leagues. |
Arizona Cardinals QB Jacoby Brissett completed 27-of-44 for 320 yards with two touchdowns and an interception, and rushed for 19 yards on three carries in a 31-27 loss to the Indianapolis Colts in Week 6.
Footballguys view: Brissett did this despite not having #1 wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. for more than one half, or a quality running game. His performance exposed some of the pass offense that isn't activated by Kyler Murray's less nuanced approach. Brissett has some value in 2QB/Superflex leagues next week for the desperate in a tough matchup against the Packers, and he should help the value of the Cardinals pass offense when he's the starter. |

Updating a previous report, Arizona Cardinals WR Marvin Harrison Jr. (concussion) will not return to the Week 6 game against the Indianapolis Colts due to concussion.
Footballguys view: Jacoby Brissett's performance is even more impressive considering that he didn't have the Cardinals #1 wide receiver for more than half of the game. The Cardinals will face the Packers next week before a Week 8 bye. We'll keep you updated on Harrison's status, but it won't be surprising if we don't see him until Week 9. |
Updating a previous report, Arizona Cardinals WR Marvin Harrison Jr. (concussion) emerged from the blue medical tent, and he was seen heading to the locker room in the second quarter of the Week 6 game against the Indianapolis Colts.
Link to storyUpdating a previous report, Arizona Cardinals WR Michael Wilson (finger) left the Week 6 game in the first half against the Indianapolis Colts due to a finger injury, but he has checked back into the game.

Arizona Cardinals WR Marvin Harrison Jr. (head) left the Week 6 game against the Indianapolis Colts for the blue medical tent after smacking his head hard on the turf after a 21-yard reception.
Link to storyArizona Cardinals RB Emari Demercado (ankle) suffered an ankle injury during the Week 6 game and did not return.
Footballguys view: With Bam Knight getting the start and Michael Carter working off the bench behind him, Demercado was limited to just one carry on the day. He failed to catch his lone target. Now mired at the bottom of the depth chart, the injury adds to his current challenges. |
Arizona Cardinals WR Michael Wilson (hand, forearm) left the Week 6 game against the Indianapolis Colts due to a right hand or forearm injury, and he walked off to the locker room. He had a towel covering the area.

Arizona Cardinals TE Travis Vokolek (neck) suffered a neck injury during the Week 6 game and has been ruled out.
Footballguys view: Vokolek was carted off the field in the first quarter. According to the TV broadcast, Vokolek was alert and had movement in his extremities. Heading into the matchup, Vokolek appeared in four games (one start) and recorded two tackles. The third-year tight end was expected to see more snaps this week and beyond with Tip Reiman out for the rest of the year with an ankle injury. With Vokolek sidelined, the Cardinals are glaringly thin at tight end. Trey McBride and Elijah Higgins represent the remaining healthy options in the room. |

Updating previous reports, Arizona Cardinals QB Kyler Murray (foot) has been diagnosed with a mid-foot sprain, which is a version of a Lisfranc injury, according to a source. He has already been ruled out for Week 6's game versus the Indianapolis Colts but could miss additional time because the injury can be aggravated by pushing it.
Footballguys view: The Cardinals have a Week 8 bye and a tough matchup against the Packers next week. We are unlikely to see Murray until at least Week 9. Jacoby Brissett has a lot of experience and Murray has some flaws as a game manager, so the change to Brissett might not be bad for the Arizona offense. |

Cardinals QB Jacoby Brissett is expected to start Sunday in place of Kyler Murray, who is dealing with a foot injury, per ESPN's Adam Scheefter and Jeremy Fowler. Brissett will make his first start for the Cardinals against the Colts, a team he played for from 2017-2020.
Footballguys view: According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Murray's injury, a mid-foot sprain, is a version of a Lisfranc injury. There is a possibility that Murray is out more than this week, as pushing it can cause an aggravation. Either way, fantasy managers with Murray on their rosters should be ready to pivot this week. |

Arizona Cardinals QB Jacoby Brissett could start Week 6's game against the Indianapolis Colts if QB Kyler Murray (foot) is held out of action, according to ESPN.com's Jeremy Fowler.
Footballguys view: Brissett has been taking most of the first-team reps this week as Murray missed a couple of days earlier in the week. Jonathan Gannon is being non-committal when asked about Murray's status. Murray is likely on the wrong side of questionable, so Fantasy GMs need to have other options at the ready. |

P Blake Gillikin (back) did not practice and is listed as questionable. Arizona Cardinals QB Kyler Murray (foot) was limited during practice Friday, Oct. 10, and is listed as questionable for Week 6.
Footballguys view: After back-to-back DNPs to start the week, it's good that Murray was able to get back out there on Friday. The Cardinals find themselves in search of a win after dropping three straight. Murray is in the high-end QB2 discussion if he's active. However, fantasy managers could see a lowered ceiling if his foot injury impacts his valuable rushing production. |

Arizona Cardinals QB Kyler Murray (ankle) returned to practice Friday, Oct. 10.
Footballguys view: It seems like Murray was trending to miss this matchup after back-to-back DNPs to start the week. We'll see how he feels coming out of today's practice, but he's probably trending towards a questionable tag. The Cardinals are coming off a three-game losing streak after starting 2-0, and have a tough matchup against the Colts. If Murray can't go, Jacoby Brissett would get the start. We should have more information before Sunday's 1 pm EST kickoff. |

Footballguys view: That's two missed practices for Murray this week. Let's see what he can do on Friday, but Fantasy GMs need to have other options at the ready. Jacoby Brissett would start if Murray has to miss the Week 6 contest against the Colts. |

Link to storyArizona Cardinals QB (foot) is going to miss practice on Wednesday, Oct. 8, according to head coach Jonathan Gannon.
Footballguys view: The Cardinals face the Colts in Week 6, and they'll need Murray to give it their best shot. Gannon would not commit to Murray practicing later in the week. Fantasy GMs need to circle back here to see if Murray is going to practice by Friday at the latest. |
Arizona Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon was fined $100,000 by the team on Tuesday, Oct. 7, for his sideline interaction with RB Emari Demercado during Sunday's game with the Tennessee Titans. . Demercado was finishing off a long touchdown run but dropped the ball before entering the end zone, resulting in a touchback.
