A PPR Top 250 list is very much in pencil as training camps open. We can still take our best shot, as we already have actionable news items ranging from players starting camp on the NFI and PUP lists, rookies already receiving first-team reps, and the unfortunate training camp injuries. As always, I'll be updating my rankings as the firehose of training camp news drowns us over at the Footballguys Draft Rankings Page.
