Falcons | Drake London injured in Week 11 loss Sun Nov 16, 06:57 PM

Atlanta Falcons WR Drake London posted seven receptions for 119 yards on nine targets in Week 11 against the Carolina Panthers. However, he suffered a knee injury on the final possession of regulation. Head coach Raheem Morris didn't have an update on the injury after the game.

Footballguys view: Michael Penix left the game with a knee injury in a material blow to London's value, and now we will have to wait for news about a knee injury for London too. The Falcons offense will be very limited if Penix and London both sit at New Orleans in Week 12.

Packers | Emanuel Wilson finds end zone in place of Josh Jacobs Sun Nov 16, 06:56 PM

Green Bay Packers RB Emanuel Wilson carried 11 times for 40 yards and a touchdown and caught a pass for nine yards in a Week 11 win over the New York Giants.

Footballguys view: Josh Jacobs left the game in the first half with a knee injury, so Wilson was the lead back and did his job well enough to help his team win and put himself in consideration as the top waiver pickup of Week 12, pending news about Jacobs' injury. Wilson also caught a two-point conversion and has some trust from Jordan Love in the passing game.

Footballguys view: Love left the game with an injury to his non-throwing shoulder, but only missed one drive and returned to lead the Packers to a win. He made multiple big plays on downfield throws late, including the game-winning touchdown to Christian Watson over double coverage. Love's fantasy value in 1QB leagues is still tenuous, but his usefulness in 2QB/Superflex leagues is trending up.

Footballguys view: One week after Tyler Allgeier scored both Falcons rushing touchdowns, Robinson got the first two in a very good first half for the Atlanta offense. Michael Penix left in the second half with a knee injury and the team had a lot more trouble moving the ball with Kirk Cousins at quarterback. Robinson fantasy teams will be praying that Penix doesn't miss much, if any time with this injury or the value of their #1 fantasy running back is going to take a hit.

Pittsburgh Steelers RB Kenneth Gainwell caught seven passes for 81 yards and two touchdowns against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 11. He also rushed for 24 yards on nine carries during the game.

Footballguys view: Gainwell opened the scoring for the Steelers and he was a very useful receiver with great hands and run after catch skills. For the second time this season, he has posted a week-winning score, and this time Jaylen Warren actually played for part of the game. Gainwell is worth an add for sure while we wait to learn more about the nature of Warren's injury and his status for Week 12.

Steelers | Jaylen Warren productive before injury Sun Nov 16, 06:25 PM

Pittsburgh Steelers RB Jaylen Warren (ankle) rushed for 62 yards on 10 carries against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 11 before leaving the game because of an ankle injury. He also caught two passes for five yards during the game.

Footballguys view: Warren came back in the game, but the Steelers mostly played Kenneth Gainwell and Kaleb Johnson down the stretch. He was running well as expected against a poor Bengals defense, but only mustered 67 total yards on 12 touches with Gainwell scoring both running back touchdowns for the Steelers. We'll keep you updated on his status for the Week 12 game against the Bears.

Steelers | Aaron Rodgers throws TD before injury Sun Nov 16, 06:21 PM

Pittsburgh Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers (hand) went 9-for-15 for 116 yards and one touchdown against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 11 before leaving the game because of a hand injury.

Footballguys view: The injury was later updated to be affecting Rodgers wrist, not hand. Rodgers was in as a QB2/Superflex because of a great matchup with the Bengals, and he was playing well, but did not return to the game. Rudolph also was successful against the Bengals defense, and if you combine the stats of the two quarterbacks, it was a solid fantasy performance. That's little consolation if you played Rodgers. We'll see if he is ready for Week 12 against the Bears. If not, at least Rudolph showed he can competently run the offense - at least against Cincinnati.

Buccaneers | Baker Mayfield accounts for two touchdowns Sun Nov 16, 06:19 PM

Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Baker Mayfield completed 16-of-28 for 173 yards with a touchdown and an interception while carrying five times for 39 yards and a touchdown in a Week 11 loss to the Buffalo Bills.

Footballguys view: Mayfield wasn't that effective in the Buffalo wind, but he did find his legs after not recording a rushing attempt since Week 6 because of a knee injury he was playing through. That kept him from being a fantasy bust in this game, and should help him get back to the strong QB1 fantasy scoring level he resided at last season against a weak remaining schedule with Chris Godwin and Bucky Irving likely back next week and Mike Evans at some point in the fantasy playoffs.

Footballguys view: Chase had 16 catches in the first matchup with Pittsburgh, but was a non-factor in this game. Even worse, he got in a scuffle with Jalen Ramsey, who was ejected but claimed that Chase spit on him. If there is video evidence of that, Chase could be suspended for Week 12. We'll keep you updated with the Patriots on the schedule next week.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers RB carried Sean Tucker carried 19 times for 106 yards and two touchdowns, and he scored on a 28-yard catch in a Week 11 loss to the Buffalo Bills.

Footballguys view: Tucker has done this before. In Week 6 at New Orleans last year, Tucker piled up 192 yards and two scores on 17 touches. His burst and balance stood out as he was the main reason the Bucs were matching the Bills blow for blow for most of the heavyweight fight. Tucker will be a priority pickup even with Bucky Irving due back next week. In this game he had the look of the starting quality back the Bucs said they believed he was this offseason.

Footballguys view: Brown had his first 100 yard game this season against the Steelers in Week 7 and he was the best thing about the Bengals offense in this game. With Samaje Perine out, Brown also dominated running back targets to make him an RB1 in PPR leagues. This is the kind of game we expected when Brown was going in the second/third round of fantasy drafts.

Footballguys view: The Bengals offense is historically not as good away from home, and the Steelers defense has been improved since their 33-31 loss to Flacco in Week 7. Flacco threw a pick six and didn't get Ja'Marr Chase involved nearly often enough on the way to the blowout loss. He'll still be a high ceiling streaming QB1 against the Patriots next week with Joe Burrow due back in Week 13 or 14.

Footballguys view: McMillan is already a polished #1 wide receiver as a rookie, and in this game we saw his true fantasy potential when his quarterback is confident and pushing the ball downfield. The Bryce Young we saw in Week 11 can make McMillan a league winner.
