Ravens | Lamar Jackson not on field Wednesday Wed Nov 12, 02:31 PM
Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson (undisclosed) is not participating in practice Wednesday, Nov. 12.
Footballguys view: Jackson is likely getting some rest here, and hopefully this does not have anything to do with the hamstring injury from earlier this year. We'll see if he can be at least limited or full on Thursday and Friday.

Washington Commanders RB Chris Rodriguez Jr. (shoulder) fully participated in practice Wednesday, Nov. 12.
Footballguys view: Rodriguez rushed six times for 16 yards and one touchdown in the Commanders' Week 10 loss to the Lions. He banged up his shoulder in the third quarter, but he's back in action fully on Wednesday. That's a good sign for his Week 11 availability. Rodriguez is a touchdown-dependent flex play (at best) for Fantasy GMs.
Washington Commanders TE Zach Ertz (non-injury) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Nov. 12.

Washington Commanders WR Terry McLaurin (quad) is working towards a return but will not play in Week 11 against the Miami Dolphins.
Footballguys view: The Commanders have a bye in Week 12, so McLaurin will get some extra time to heal. He's only played in four games this year, compiling just 13 catches for 203 yards and one touchdown. We'll see what his practice participation is like when the Commanders are getting ready to play the Broncos in Week 13.

Washington Commanders WR Treylon Burks (finger) did not practice on Wednesday, Nov. 12.
Link to storyWashington Commanders RB Chris Rodriguez Jr. (shoulder) will play in Week 11, according to head coach Dan Quinn.
Link to storyWashington Commanders QB Jayden Daniels (elbow) did not practice on Wednesday, Nov. 12.
Footballguys view: Reports indicate Daniels could miss 3-6 weeks with this elbow injury. The good news is an MRI revealed no ligament damage to his dislocated elbow. The Commanders have a Week 12 bye, so let's circle back in Week 13 to see if we get any updates. In the meantime, Marcus Mariota continues as the team's starter.
Pittsburgh Steelers RB Trey Sermon was released from the team on Wednesday, Nov. 12.

Link to storyMiami Dolphins RB Ollie Gordon II (ankle) was limited in practice on Wednesday, Nov. 12.
Link to storyJacksonville Jaguars TE Brenton Strange (hip, quad) had his 21-day practice window opened up on Wednesday, Nov. 12.
Footballguys view: If he does not get activated off injured reserve within his practice window, he stays on it for the remainder of the year. Stange was put on IR over a month ago, and now he's eligible to return. The team will see him in practice and make a decision. Before his injury against the Chiefs, Strange was targeted 24 times, had 20 catches for 204 yards.

Buffalo Bills TE Dalton Kincaid (hamstring) will not practice on Wednesday, Nov. 12.
Footballguys view: Kincaid is considered week-to-week with this hamstring injury. That designation means he's unlikely to play in Week 11. Nothing is official of course, but without Kincaid we'd see more from Dawson Knox and Jackson Hawes. There might be more looks for Keon Coleman and Khalil Shakir as well.

Buffalo Bills WR Khalil Shakir (ribs) was limited in practice on Wednesday, Nov. 12.
Footballguys view: Ribs injuries come down to pain tolerance. Shakir could be in line for more work with TE Dalton Kincaid (hamstring) week-to-week.
Buffalo Bills WR Joshua Palmer (knee, ankle) was limited in practice on Wednesday, Nov. 12.

Tennessee Titans WR Calvin Ridley (hamstring) returned to practice Wednesday, Nov. 12.
Footballguys view: Before the trade deadline, there was talk about Ridley being on the block. He didn't get moved, and now he's back to practice after missing three games. Ridley suffered this injury in Week 6, and he could perform like a 'what the heck' flex if available in Week 10.

Cleveland Browns WR Kaden Davis was signed from the practice squad to the active roster Wednesday, Nov. 12.
Link to storyNew York Giants QB Jameis Winston will start in place of QB Jaxson Dart (concussion) in Week 11, according to interim head coach Mike Kafka.
Footballguys view: Dart is in the league's concussion protocol, and he has to work his way through that before getting back to the field. Interim HC Mike Kafka takes over the Giants and has Winston out there in the first game in the post-Daboll era. It's gonna be wild with Winston...as it always is, but all Fantasy GMs need to add him in start-2 QB/superflex leagues.

Arizona Cardinals WR Marvin Harrison Jr. (appendix) is out for Week 11 after undergoing an appendectomy this week. He could potentially miss multiple weeks.

Link to storyKansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco (knee) might need to take more time to heal, head coach Andy Reid indicated Tuesday, Nov. 11.
Footballguys view: The Chiefs are coming out of their bye and traveling to face the Broncos on Sunday. We'll see what Pacheco's status is during the week of practice, but they may have to make other plans facing a stubborn Broncos D in Week 11.
Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott said Tuesday, Nov. 11 that the team is staying with Joe Brady as the offensive coordinator. The coach was asked about Brian Daboll, fired as head coach of the New York Giants, possibly returning to Buffalo to work with QB Josh Allen. 'That's not under any kind of consideration,' McDermott said.

Link to storyNew York Giants RB Tyrone Tracy Jr. played 49 of the team's 73 offensive snaps in Week 10 against the Chicago Bears, while RB Devin Singletary registered 24 snaps, or 33 percent of the snaps. Free-agent DB Asante Samuel Jr. (Chargers) signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
Footballguys view: The veteran had visited several teams in the last week and has now settled on a destination. Pittsburgh was the last of six teams he visited. Samuel has been recovering from offseason spinal fusion surgery and needed medical clearance to play. Pittsburgh's veteran secondary has sputtered for a majority of the year. Samuel Jr. isn't going to change the trajectory of the unit, but he's a dependable corner who would be a valuable addition.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers RB Josh Williams has been suspended for six games without pay due to a violation of the league's performance-enhancing drug policy.
Footballguys view: Williams will be eligible for reinstatement on Dec. 22, following Tampa Bay's Week 16 game against Carolina. An undrafted rookie out of LSU, Williams has appeared in three games this season. He was a kick returner during the Week 5 win over Seattle. He then rushed four times for 11 yards in the team's Week 8 victory over New Orleans.
Denver Broncos RB J.K. Dobbins (foot) is having options weighed by the team in terms of being placed on injured reserve or not.
Footballguys view: Dobbins was injured on a hip-drop tackle late against the Raiders last Thursday night. Although he went down in obvious pain on that third-quarter play, Dobbins later returned to the field and finished the game. The veteran RB took to social media after the win to criticize the NFL for not penalizing hip-drop tackles, which are banned. Without Dobbins, the Broncos would have to turn to rookie RJ Harvey, Tyler Badie, and Jaleel McLaughlin. They play the Chiefs in Week 11 before their Week 12 bye.

Jaguars star CB/WR Travis Hunter underwent season-ending knee surgery, with eyes set on 2026. It was an LCL repair. There was no other damage to the knee.
Footballguys view: While Hunter's season is over, he should be able to return to full football activities within six months. The initial hope was a short-term injury. Instead, Hunter is out for the season. The Jaguars will still have Brian Thomas Jr. at the top of their depth chart once he returns from a high-ankle sprain. Until then, Parker Washington is serving as the de facto WR1 in this offense with newcomer Jacobi Meyers and Dyami Brown also in the mix. The Jaguars play the Chargers in Week 11.
