Bills | Ed Oliver says he is 100 percent    Sun May 31, 01:05 PM

Buffalo Bills DL Ed Oliver (knee) was limited to just three games in 2025 due to an ankle injury, and then a season-ending torn biceps injury. He isn't taking part in organized team activities (OTAs), as he takes it slow after having a knee scope on his left leg back in December. He also had a small setback recently. 'Yeah, I'm fully 100 percent ready to go,' he said. 'I got a little oops, oops, but it's fine. I probably could go if I wanted to, but I mean, what's the point of going now, and potentially (getting hurt), versus late in the playoffs, when I really need to be on go.'

Footballguys view: The Bills most impactful defensive lineman didn't help them much in 2025, so there is some hidden upside in this defense in its first year since 2016 with someone other than Sean McDermott at head coach. The Bills should be very conservative with Oliver's return and focus on creating the highest possible probability that he'll be healthy for postseason football. If Oliver is ready for Week 1, he'll help the Bills in what could be a playoff preview against the Texans in the season opener.
