There are "no concerns" with Cowboys QB Dak Prescott's throwing hand after it was stepped on Sunday, and he is "good to go" for Thursday night's game against the Buccaneers.

Dak Prescott was sacked three times and hit 12 more with Texans pass rusher Will Anderson Jr. living in the Cowboys' backfield. His soreness was a good soreness, though. The Cowboys won 34-30 as Prescott threw a 12-yard touchdown pass to CeeDee Lamb with 40 seconds left. It was Prescott's 85th regular-season victory, tying Roger Staubach for second most in franchise history behind Troy Aikman's 94.

Lamb was once considered an elite WR1, and it appears that he is still very much elite after injuries the last two seasons obscured that. |

| Footballguys view: After the team released Jaydon Blue and Phil Mafah, Davis and Emari Demercado were the only backs on the Cowboys' roster behind Javonte Williams. If Davis is set to miss an extended period of time, the Cowboys will likely add depth to the backfield. But for Week 1, Williams should be in line for the bulk of the carries against the Giants. Williams returned fringe RB1 value last year, and the Cowboys rewarded him with a multi-year deal this offseason. Assuming Davis doesn't play this week, plug Williams in as a high-floor RB1 on an explosive offense. |
