Buffalo Bills TE Dalton Kincaid caught six passes for a team-high 108 yards in a 23-20 loss to the New England Patriots in Week 5.
Footballguys view: Kincaid's six catches Sunday night tied a season high. It was his first 100-yard receiving game as a pro. His previous high in the NFL was 87 receiving yards in the second-to-last regular-season game of his rookie season in 2023. Kincaid now has 20 receptions for 287 receiving yards and three touchdowns through five games. His 287 receiving yards are currently second among NFL tight ends, trailing only Indianapolis rookie Tyler Warren (307). His three touchdown receptions are also tied for third at the position, trailing only Seattle's A.J. Barner and Philadelphia's Dallas Goedert, who both have four. |

Link to storyBuffalo Bills WR Khalil Shakir posted game highs with five receptions and 69 yards in Week 4 against the New Orleans Saints, and he finished with 43-yard touchdown in the first quarter.
Footballguys view: All of Shakir's receptions were short, but he used his contact balance and determination to break free from a scrum and score to key the day of fantasy players who trusted him. This isn't a high-flying Bills pass offense, but Shakir is consistent enough to deserve a WR3/Flex start against the sometimes suspect Patriots pass defense. |
Buffalo Bills WR Elijah Moore was not targeted in the passing game in Week 4 against the New Orleans Saints, and he had just one rushing attempt for no gain.

Buffalo Bills RB Ray Davis ran once for just three yards in Week 4 against the New Orleans Saints, and he wasn't targeted in the passing game.
Link to storyBuffalo Bills RB James Cook rushed 22 times for 117 yards and a touchdown in Week 4 against the New Orleans Saints, while adding three receptions for 18 yards on four targets.
Footballguys view: If we were drafting this week, Cook would easily be a first round pick. He has arrived as a foundational running back who is going to be central in his team's game plan every week and can also affect the outcome as a receiver. The Patriots will try to slow him down next week. |
Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen completed 16-of-22 passes for 209 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in Week 4 against the New Orleans Saints, and he ran seven times for 45 yards and a score.
Footballguys view: Allen was tested in this game, but made a big throw for a touchdown to Dalton Kincaid when the team needed to open up some breathing room in the second half. He was also helped by some strong running and tackle-breaking after the catch from Khalil Shakir on his touchdown reception. Allen has delivered on the considerable investment you needed to make in him to draft him in fantasy football so far this season. He'll face the Patriots next week. |

Buffalo Bills RB James Cook leads NFL running backs with 15 first-down rushes and is second with 175 yards after contact after three weeks.
Footballguys view: The Bills are going to Cook early and often. He's gone over 100 all-purpose yards in each of the three contests for the Bills this year. Cook is a threat to score or at least move the chains anytime he touches the ball. |
Buffalo Bills RB James Cook is averaging 17.7 carries per game this year compared to 13.4 carries per game over the previous two seasons, and he said he expects Buffalo to continue to use a run-heavy approach. 'We have one of the best offensive lines in the NFL,' Cook said.
