Josh Allen completed 29 of 51 passes for 331 yards, two scores, and one interception. He added nine carries for 81 yards and two scores as a runner, but the Bills fell to 6-6 after they lost 37-34 in overtime.
Footballguys view: Two missed field goals by Tyler Bass hurt, and the Bills didn't turn their first half domination into more than a 17-7 lead, which they couldn't make hold up in the second half. Gabriel Davis had a bounceback game with a 6-105-1 line and James Cook was more involved as a receiver with six catches for 57 yards, but the team only ran for 92 yards on 31 running back carries. |
Buffalo Bills RB James Cook rushed 16 times for 43 yards in Week 12 against the Philadelphia Eagles, while adding six receptions for 57 yards on seven targets.

Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen has posted a passer rating of 145.4 when targeting Khalil Shakir this season, according to Pro Football Reference. That mark is the best in the league among qualified pass-catchers.
Footballguys view: Shakir can benefit from defenses focusing so much attention on WR Stefon Diggs. We're seeing Gabe Davis lose targets to guys like Shakir and TE Dalton Kincaid. That's bad news for Davis but good news for the passing game as Allen can spread the ball around more. With Shakir's talent and 'my ball' mentality, we like him as a deep flex play with upside. |
Buffalo Bills PK Tyler Bass was a perfect 4-for-4 on field goal attempts (48, 30, 33, 50) while going 2-of-3 on extra points in Week 11 against the New York Jets, totaling 14 points. Bass entered the game with six or fewer points in each of his past six games, averaging just 3.5 points per contest during the span.

James Cook ran for 73 yards on 17 carries and caught three of four targets for 29 yards and a score in the win over the Jets.
Footballguys view: It was Cook's second good fantasy showing in a row after he had been inconsistent with only one good showing from Weeks 5-9. The Bills appear to be striving for more balance on offense, so Cook is at least a flex play against the Eagles in Week 12. |
Buffalo Bills WR Stefon Diggs ended up with four catches for just 27 yards on eight targets in Week 11 against the New York Jets, giving him just seven catches, 61 receiving yards and 13 targets in the past two games.

Buffalo Bills TE Dalton Kincaid ended up with six receptions for 46 yards on seven targets in Week 11 against the New York Jets.
Link to storyJosh Allen completed 20 of 32 pass attempts for 275 yards and three scores with one interception against the Jets. He also ran for 15 yards on five attempts
Footballguys view: This game was never really in question as the Bills offense and defense both imposed their wills on the Jets. An 81-yard catch and run score by Khalil Shakir helped pad Allen's stats, but this was still a vastly improved game from the one touchdown, three interception effort in the loss to the Jets in Week 1. The Bills are out of their tailspin just in time for a Week 12 game at Philadelphia. |
Buffalo Bills WR Khalil Shakir posted three receptions for a game-high 115 yards in Week 11 against the New York Jets, highlighted by an 81-yard touchdown in the third quarter which was a great individual effort after the catch.

Buffalo Bills RB Leonard Fournette could potentially make this team debut this week, according to comments made on Friday, Nov. 17, by head coach Sean McDermott.'If (he's not activated from the practice squad) this week, then certainly in the weeks ahead, it's going to be a big-time consideration for us,' McDermott said.
Footballguys view: The Bills didn't sign Fournette as injury depth. Hopefully the team will attempt to have a truly balanced offense with Fournette helping establish a physical edge to the running game. He's worth an addition if bench size allows. |

Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey was fired Tuesday, Nov. 14. Quarterbacks coach Joe Brady will serve as interim offensive coordinator.
Footballguys view: The Bills had to move on from Dorsey as their struggles continued against the Broncos in Week 10. Now, stats show an explosive offense but the Bills have lost their spark in the Dorsey offense. QB Josh Allen has elite talent, but too often he's turning the ball over while trying to do too much. The Bills need to run the ball more, use motions and shifts, and free Allen to be the special player he can be. We'll see if Brady can get that out of this offense as they make a desperate push for the playoffs. |
