Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Dyami Brown had to exit the game against the Las Vegas Raiders and was evaluated for a concussion.
Footballguys view: Brown remained down on the field after a kick return and was assisted to the medical tent before going to the locker room for further evaluation. He logged three catches on seven targets for 25 yards before his injury. He did not return. We'll be watching for official word that he's in the concussion protocol on Monday. The Jaguars, already thin at wideout with Travis Hunter (knee) going on IR, and Brian Thomas Jr. slowed by an ankle injury, Brown's status bears watching. The Jaguars play the Texans in Week 10.

The Jacksonville Jaguars dealt with an injury to wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. in the second half of the Week 9 game against the Las Vegas Raiders.
Footballguys view: Thomas suffered the injury in the fourth quarter and appeared to be grabbing at his ankle after going down with the issue. Before he exited the game, Thomas had recorded three receptions for 55 yards. Thomas missed the last drive of the fourth quarter and wasn't on the field to start overtime, but he eventually returned -- albeit without getting another catch. We'll monitor this one in coming days. The Jaguars play the Texans in Week 10.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR/CB Travis Hunter (knee) is scheduled to have his knee examined by team doctors Monday, Nov. 3, so the team can know how to move forward with his recovery, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. The team does not believe that Hunter has a torn anterior cruciate ligament.

Updating previous reports, Jacksonville Jaguars WR/CB Travis Hunter (knee) is scheduled to be examined by team physician Dr. Kevin Kaplan Monday, Nov. 3, and will undergo further testing on his injured knee before the next steps of his rehab process are determined. The Jaguars believe that Hunter's anterior cruciate ligament is intact and are hopeful that the injury is minor.
Link to storyJacksonville Jaguars practice squad WR Tim X. Jones was elevated to the active roster Saturday, Nov. 1, and will be available for the Week 9 game.
Link to storyUpdating a previous report, Jacksonville Jaguars WR/CB Travis Hunter's (knee) initial test results revealed that his ACL is intact, and he will undergo additional testing next week to determine the extent of the injury, according to a source.
Footballguys view: Hunter is on IR, so he's out a minimum of four weeks. With his ACL intact, there's a chance he could return shortly after his mandatory absence. However, he's no guarantee to return this season. We'll have to get past the next month and then see what the talented rookie can (or can't) do in practice.
Multiple teams have expressed interest in Jacksonville Jaguars WR Brian Thomas Jr. in advance of the NFL trade deadline Nov. 4, according to The Athletic's Dianna Russini. However, none of the offers have been substantial and it is believed that it would take a package involving a first-round draft pick to land him.
Footballguys view: Thomas is dealing with a shoulder injury, and he's not clicking in the Liam Coen offense. After a 1,200-yard rookie season, Thomas is on pace for less than 1,000 yards this year. Coen has insisted the team has no plans on trading Thomas, and it sounds like the price tag would be too rich for other teams. Anything can happen, so perhaps some team would be willing to give up a haul for Thomas.
The Jacksonville Jaguars signed WR Austin Trammell to their active roster from the practice squad Friday, Oct. 31.

TE Quintin Morris (groin) and WR Tim Patrick (groin) were limited during practice but have been ruled out. LB Devin Lloyd (calf) was limited during practice and is listed as questionable. WR Brian Thomas Jr. (shoulder), LB Dennis Gardeck (chest) and CB Jourdan Lewis (neck) were limited during practice but are not on the injury report. WR Dyami Brown (shoulder) fully participated in practice and is not on the injury report.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Brian Thomas Jr. (shoulder) was limited during practice Friday, Oct. 31, but is not on the injury report for Week 9.
Footballguys view: The Jaguars were on bye last week, so Thomas starting the week in a non-contact jersey caused some concern. However, Liam Coen said Thomas "truly practiced the best I've seen him practice this week." That quote came after news of Travis Hunter's injury, providing optimism about his outlook as the top guy for Week 9. Thomas has come up short of his draft-day expectations this year, but we've still got him ranked as a back-end WR2 this week.
Jacksonville Jaguars WR/CB Travis Hunter (knee) suffered an injury in practice Thursday, Oct. 30, that will require a stint on the Reserve/Injured list and keep him out four weeks.
Footballguys view: This is a devastating blow for Hunter, who was starting to emerge as the Jaguars' best playmaker over their last couple of games. Liam Coen and the Jaguars' beat are insinuating that the non-contact knee injury Hunter suffered may be serious. However, later reports indicated that his ACL is still intact, providing relief from the worst-case scenario. With Hunter out for the foreseeable future, Brian Thomas Jr. will be the team's unquestioned WR1, and potentially quiet some of the trade rumors swirling around him. Parker Washington and Dyami Brown have both performed admirably in limited action this year, and their roles should grow as well.
Jacksonville Jaguars S Eric Murray (neck) did not participate in practice Thursday, Oct. 30. TE Quintin Morris (groin), LB Devin Lloyd (calf), WR Tim Patrick (groin), WR Brian Thomas Jr. (shoulder), LB Dennis Gardeck (chest), CB Jourdan Lewis (neck) and WR Travis Hunter (knee) were limited during practice. WR Dyami Brown (shoulder) fully participated in practice.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR/CB Travis Hunter (knee) was limited during practice Thursday, Oct. 30.
Footballguys view: Hunter getting a knee injury in practice is a concern. There's no updates on the severity of this issue, so we'll all have to wait and see what the rookie does on Friday.
Jacksonville Jaguars WR Brian Thomas Jr. (shoulder) was limited during practice Thursday, Oct. 30.
Footballguys view: Thomas is not full strength, so if he does play against the Raiders he should be considered more of a flex play. Let's see if he can be a full participant on Friday.
Jacksonville Jaguars WR Dyami Brown (shoulder) was listed as a limited participant in practice Wednesday, Oct. 29 due to a shoulder ailment.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Brian Thomas Jr. (shoulder) was listed as a limited participant in practice Wednesday, Oct. 29 due to a shoulder issue.
Footballguys view: Thomas is battling through this shoulder injury, and he's unlikely to be fully healthy against the Raiders on Sunday. We like him as a WR3/flex option in Week 9.
Jacksonville Jaguars S Eric Murray (neck) did not practice Wednesday, Oct. 29, while WR Dyami Brown (shoulder), LB Dennis Gardeck (chest), CB Jourdan Lewis (neck), LB Devin Lloyd (calf), TE Quintin Morris (groin), WR Tim Patrick (groin) and WR Brian Thomas Jr. (shoulder) were listed as limited participants.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Brian Thomas Jr. will not be moved, according to head coach Liam Coen.
Footballguys view: Thomas leads the Jaguars with 365 receiving yards, and his 27 receptions are second to Travis Hunter's team-high 28. Thomas is also tied for second in the NFL with five drops, which is one more than he had as a rookie in 2024. As ESPN.com's Mike DiRocco suggested, there have also been multiple occasions where he has appeared to avoid contact while attempting to make a catch. When Coen was hired in January, he said the pass offense would run through Thomas, but it seems likely the team will continue leaning more heavily on Hunter.
Jacksonville Jaguars WR Brian Thomas Jr. is not expected to be moved before the NFL trade deadline Nov. 4, although the team is still listening on calls, according to The Athletic's Dianna Russini. The Jaguars are also looking for defensive help.
Footballguys view: Thomas has been banged up this season, and it seems like he's not yet fitting into what Jaguars HC Liam Coen wants to do. Regardless, the team is not shopping him on the trade market. Everyone has a price, but it seems like Thomas is staying put. The NFL trade deadline is November 4th, so stay tuned.
Jacksonville Jaguars WR Brian Thomas Jr. (shoulder) appeared to suffer a shoulder injury late in the team's Week 7 loss to the Los Angeles Rams. Thomas left with around four minutes remaining in the game and did not return.
Footballguys view: Jacksonville did not provide an update about Thomas' status before the game ended, nor did Jaguars coach Liam Coen deliver additional information about the injury during his postgame news conference. The Jaguars have a bye in Week 8, but if Thomas has to miss time beyond that, Travis Hunter, Dyami Brown, and Parker Washington would all be in line for increased workloads.
Jacksonville Jaguars LB Ventrell Miller posted eight total stops with five solo tackles in Week 7 against the Los Angeles Rams.
Link to storyJacksonville Jaguars RB LeQuint Allen Jr. and TE Johnny Mundt each had a single reception in Week 7 against the Los Angeles Rams. Allen's catch was good for four yards on a lone target, while Mundt had a 9-yard catch on four targets.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Brian Thomas Jr. picked up three receptions for 31 yards on seven targets in Week 7 against the Los Angeles Rams.
Footballguys view: Thomas's drops and seeming reluctance in the face of contact reared their ugly heads in this one before he left with a shoulder injury. Thomas has been one of the most disappointing players in fantasy football this year. We'll be monitoring for news about his injury, but we should expect Travis Hunter to have a larger role in the passing game after the bye either way. Hopefully it can take some pressure off of Thomas and get him back in his right head.
Jacksonville Jaguars TE Hunter Long registered two receptions for 16 yards on three targets in Week 7 against the Los Angeles Rams in London.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR Tim Patrick had a single 22-yard reception on his only target in Week 7 against the Los Angeles Rams in London.
Footballguys view: Patrick injured his groin in the third quarter, and the veteran wideout was sidelined for the rest of the game. We'll watch for more, but Patrick will have a Week 8 bye to start his recovery.
Tim Patrick player page
Jacksonville Jaguars WR Dyami Brown posted two receptions for 50 yards, including a 39-yard reception, in Week 7 against the Los Angeles Rams in London. He was targeted four times.
Footballguys view: Brown left the game with a leg injury after making the biggest offensive play of the game. Rams safety Quinten Lake touched him to make sure Brown was down on that 39-yard catch, and Brown's right leg buckled underneath him. He returned to finish the game. The Jaguars have a Week 8 bye.
Dyami Brown player page
Jacksonville Jaguars WR Parker Washington posted four receptions for 52 yards on 10 targets in Week 7 against the Los Angeles Rams in London.

Jacksonville Jaguars WR/CB Travis Hunter posted career highs with eight receptions, 101 yards and his first NFL touchdown in Week 7 against the Los Angeles Rams in London, and he had his first NFL rushing attempt, but it went for no gain. He didn't have any tackles, spending most of his time on offense, but he was credited with a pass defensed.
Footballguys view: This could be a breakout game for Hunter even though it was a disaster for the Jaguars. He finally broke through for a score, and Brian Thomas Jr. left the game with shoulder injury after another game marred by drops and hesitation in the face of incoming defenders. Hunter shouldn't be on the waiver wire in any leagues, as the Jaguars should be enlarging his role in the offensive game plan during the bye.
Jacksonville Jaguars RB Bhayshul Tuten ran five times for 22 yards in Week 7 against the Los Angeles Rams in London, while he was not targeted in the passing game.
Link to storyJacksonville Jaguars RB Travis Etienne rushed eight times for 44 yards in Week 7 against the Los Angeles Rams in London, and he had a single 11-yard reception on three targets.
Footballguys view: Etienne has been a primary engine for the offense and asset for fantasy teams in two games so far this season and scored in two other games, but he has been in a slump so far in October. He hasn't had over 10 PPR points in the last three games, but you should still be able to count on him as a solid RB2 play in Week 9 against the Raiders after the bye.
Travis Etienne Jr. player page
Jacksonville Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence went 23-for-48 for 296 passing yards in Week 7's loss to the Los Angeles Rams, with one touchdown and no interceptions. He also rushed two times for 18 yards.
Footballguys view: Lawrence wasn't flawless, but he was also let down by drops and offensive penalties. The Jaguars have a winning record going into the bye, but there are more questions than answers after watching seven games of Lawrence in the Liam Coen offense. Lawrence hasn't been consistent enough for fantasy to clearly be worth carrying through the bye, but he does get the lowly Raiders in Week 9, so he'll stay on our waiver wire speed dial for bye/injury coverage if he is out there.
