The Baltimore Ravens have requested an interview with Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver for their head coaching vacancy.
| Footballguys view: Weaver has gotten some interviews over the last couple of years, and perhaps this is the year he gets a head coaching gig. He's known as a player-friendly coach with an engaging personality and bright mind for the game. The Ravens are looking for a new head coach after moving on from John Harbaugh after 18 years. |

Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver has been requested by the Arizona Cardinals to interview for their head coaching vacancy.
| Footballguys view: The Cardinals are expected to interview Broncos defensive coordinator Vance Joseph for their head coaching vacancy this week, and two more candidates from that side of the ball are also on their list of candidates. He reached 23 sacks to set a new NFL single-season mark, breaking the record held by former New York Giants DE Michael Strahan and current Pittsburgh Steelers LB T.J. Watt.
| Footballguys view: We throw around the term generational talent too often, but Garrett has ended up being exactly that. The Browns are at an eternal crossroads when it comes to their quarterback situation, but Garrett and the defense are good enough to make them a winner if they can just become a middle of the road offense. We'll be watching to see what they do in response to finishing 31st in scoring, after finishing 32nd in 2024. |
