| Footballguys view: Returning to practice after two DNPs to start the week is a step in the right direction, but Marks remains very questionable. We will look for more information before Sunday's games. The Texans kick off at 4:25 pm ET, which could put fantasy managers in a bind if he is a game-time decision. Nick Chubb or Jawhar Jordan should be picked up if available. If not, move Marks into your flex and consider Pat Bryant, Kayshon Boutte, Rashid Bateman, or Keaton Mitchell as potential late-game pivots. Check back with us Sunday morning for updates, when more information should hopefully be available. |

| Footballguys view: Two DNPs to begin the week of practice means Marks is on the wrong side of questionable. There's some optimism around his Friday status from reporters around the team. Let's see if the rookie can get out there and practice at least in a limited fashion then. Coming off a 100-yard game against the Cardinals in Week 15, Jawhar Jordan is a hot waiver wire addition who could get more work if Marks can't play against the Raiders. |

The Texans put defensive tackle Tim Settle on injured reserve earlier this month, so Edwards' injury leaves them with Tommy Togiai, Sheldon Rankins, and Naquan Jones on the interior of their defensive line. |

He also wanted to "keep rolling with those guys" -- Jawhar Jordan, who was called up from the practice squad over the weekend and ran for 101 yards, and Dare Ogunbowale. "Woody could have come back in the game," Ryans said. "For where he was, felt like Jawhar and Dare were doing a good job, so wanted to make sure Woody is good as we continue to go into the week." The Texans elevated Jordan from the practice squad to take Chubb's place, and he became the primary early-down back for the rest of the game, while Dare Ogunbowale was the receiving back. We'll be watching for more on Marks and Chubb in advance of their Week 16 meeting with the Raiders. Jordan could be a desperation replacement if neither teammate is ready to play. |

| Footballguys view: Marks had gone to the medical tent earlier in the game, but returned to score a touchdown. Unfortunately, the run came after a botched snap and was officially recorded as a fumble recovery return touchdown, which did not count in every league software. Marks is becoming known for the numbers of times he has visited the medical tent this season. Even if he is able to rally and play against the Raiders next week, it will be tough to trust him. Marks' replacement Jawhar Jordan ran for over 100 yards and will be a hot waiver pickup next week. |
