Tennessee Titans RB Tyjae Spears (non-injury) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 20.
Footballguys view: Spears rushed four times for three yards in the Titans' Week 11 loss to the Texans, adding five catches for 31 yards on five targets. If his workload continues at a similar size, Spears is a deep flex consideration for Fantasy GMs out there.

Cincinnati Bengals TE Mike Gesicki (pectoral) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 20.
Footballguys view: Gesicki was activated off IR earlier this week, and he's practiced fully two days in a row. That means he could be back in Week 12, which is great news for an offense that will be missing Ja'Marr Chase (suspension). Noah Fant and Gesicki will split duties, making both veterans TE2's from a fantasy perspective.

Cincinnati Bengals QB Joe Burrow (toe) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 20.
Footballguys view: It's looking like Burrow will play in Week 12, but the team might decide he needs one more week. He hasn't been on the field since mid-September as he recovers from this toe injury. Burrow's return gives the Bengals a fighting chance against the Patriots on Sunday. Friday's practice report will tell us a lot.

Cincinnati Bengals QB Joe Flacco (shoulder) was limited during practice Thursday, Nov. 20.
Footballguys view: With Flacco limited and Joe Burrow (toe) practicing in full, the Bengals might have their decision made for them. Burrow has not played since mid-September, but the team might believe he needs another week of rest. Friday's status for both Burrow and Flacco will be telling. Stay tuned.

Link to storyBaltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson (ankle) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 20.
Footballguys view: From a DNP on Wednesday, to a full participation on Thursday. That sounds about right. Jackson is a QB1 anytime he's on the field, and the Ravens are trying to win enough games to sneak into the playoffs after a bad start.

Footballguys view: Stevenson is getting closer to a return, but we'd like to see a full participation on Friday. He was limited in practice last week then declared inactive for Week 11. Stevenson seems to be trending in the right direction as the Patritos prepare for the Bengals in Week 12.

Minnesota Vikings RB Aaron Jones (shoulder) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 20.
Footballguys view: It looks like Jones is going to be out there for the Vikings in Week 12. With the continued struggles of 9....err, JJ McCarthy, the Vikings should run as much as possible. That makes Jones an RB2/flex option for Fantasy GMs.

Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco (knee) was limited during practice Thursday, Nov. 20.
Footballguys view: Pacheco missed Week 11, and the team needs him more than ever in Week 12. The Chiefs' playoff hopes are hanging on by a thread, and a game against the Colts could prove to be the knockout blow if they lose. Having Pacheco out there to soften up the Colts defense would help. Let's see what he can do on Friday.

New York Giants QB Jaxson Dart (concussion) was limited during practice Thursday, Nov. 20.
Footballguys view: Dart is trending towards playing in Week 12 against the Lions. He's a runner, and the team isn't going to take that away from him, but it would be nice to see him take fewer hits. Because of Dart's rushing ability, Fantasy GMs can look to him as a potential QB1 on a weekly basis.
Pittsburgh Steelers TE Jonnu Smith (non-injury) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 20.

Houston Texans RB Dameon Pierce was placed on waivers by the team on Thursday, Nov. 20.
Footballguys view: Pierce is now exposed to the NFL waiver process, and more than a few teams should be interested. He's a nearly 1,000-yard rusher not that long ago (2022, 939 yards rushing) and proven on special teams.
Pittsburgh Steelers RB Jaylen Warren (ankle) was limited during practice Thursday, Nov. 20.
Footballguys view: Warren is trending in the right direction after a DNP on Wednesday. He's set to play in Week 12 against the Bears. Fantasy GMs can look to Warren as an RB2/flex play.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Jalen McMillan (neck) was seen standing on the sideline of the Bucs' practice on Thursday, Nov. 20. He was not seen with a neck brace that he had been wearing in recent months.
Footballguys view: Buccaneers HC Todd Bowles said he hopes that McMillan is able to play this season. About a month ago, McMillan was in a neck brace. Without a brace, it seems like he's trending in the right direction. Neck injuries are incredibly tricky to deal with and can be career-threatening if not treated correctly.
