Commanders | Thursday practice report for Commanders Thu Nov 13, 01:14 PM
Washington Commanders WR Treylon Burks (finger), QB Jayden Daniels (elbow), LB Ale Kaho (concussion) and WR Terry McLaurin (quadriceps) did not participate in practice Thursday, Nov. 13. S Will Harris (ankle), DE Drake Jackson (knee), LB Frankie Luvu (shoulder), S Quan Martin (shoulder) and TE Ben Sinnott (ankle) were limited during practice. RB Chris Rodriguez Jr. (shoulder) and LB Bobby Wagner (thumb) fully participated in practice.

Washington Commanders RB Chris Rodriguez Jr. (shoulder) fully participated in practice Thursday, Nov. 13.
Footballguys view: A full participation for Rodriguez means he's set to go against the Dolphins in Week 11. Rodriguez is the lead back for the Commanders now, and he's an RB3/flex option for Fantasy GMs.
Washington Commanders WR Terry McLaurin (quadriceps) did not participate in practice Thursday, Nov. 13.
Footballguys view: He's not going to play against the Dolphins in Week 11. The Commanders have a bye in Week 12, then they're at home against the Broncos in Week 13. We'll see if McLaurin's quad injury is feeling better at that time.

Arizona Cardinals TE Trey McBride was expected to see plenty of double teams from San Francisco 49ers defensive coordinator Robert Saleh in the Week 11 game, but it is especially likely with WR Marvin Harrison Jr. (appendectomy) sidelined.
Footballguys view: Even when Harrison is healthy, McBride is the best target on the Cardinals offense. McBride caught 9-of-13 targets for 127 yards and a touchdown in the Cardinals' Week 10 loss against the Seahawks. Even with more of an emphasis on double-teaming McBride, we still like him as a top-tier TE1 for Fantasy GMs.
Arizona Cardinals WRs Greg Dortch and Xavier Weaver are expected to slide up the depth chart with WR Marvin Harrison Jr. (appendectomy) out and WR Simi Fehoko (arm) landing on the Reserve/Injured list.

Arizona Cardinals WR Michael Wilson is expected to be the top wide receiver in Week 11 against the San Francisco 49ers with WR Marvin Harrison Jr. (appendectomy) ruled out, and WRs Zay Jones (Achilles) and Simi Fehoko (arm) landing on the Reserve/Injured list this week. 'I'm definitely excited,' Wilson said. 'Obviously heartbroken for Marvin. It's an unfortunate situation just sucks for the time. But next man up. It kind of is my first time (being WR1) in my career.'

Green Bay Packers WR Matthew Golden (shoulder) was close to playing in Week 10, according to Matt LaFleur.
Link to storySan Francisco 49ers WR Brandon Aiyuk (knee) is still in the plans to play this year, according to general manager John Lynch.
Footballguys view: The 49ers aren't even talking about a return date, so everyone is just waiting. Given it was a multi-ligament knee injury suffered midway through the 2024 season, we'll be surprised if Aiyuk makes it back before the end of the regular season. In fact, there's a good chance we don't see him at all this year.

New York Jets WR Garrett Wilson (knee) is expected to miss multiple weeks after aggravating his knee injury in Week 10, and he's an option for the Reserve/Injured list.
Footballguys view: Wilson's latest knee injury is expected to have him out of action for at least a few weeks. Putting him on IR would shut him down for four games, and the Jets aren't going anywhere this season. The long-term health of Wilson - who is a star receiver with a better quarterback - is of paramount importance.
Denver Broncos RB RJ Harvey will see more action with RB J.K. Dobbins (foot) in doubt for Week 11, according to head coach Sean Payton. 'Obviously he'll have more opportunities here in this game. He's built, when you see his frame, he's built to last and that's important.'
Footballguys view: Nothing is official yet with Dobbins, but we'd be shocked if he plays. That means Harvey is in line next to get most of the touches in the Broncos backfield. Payton expressed confidence in Harvey's ability as a runner, even though the rookie only has 50 carries this season. Harvey has been outstanding as a receiver out of the backfield (four receiving touchdowns). With a larger workload, Harvey could post RB2/flex numbers.
Kansas City Chiefs DL Chris Jones has managed just two sacks through nine games this season, but head coach Andy Reid isn't terribly concerned. 'Chris is always striving to do better every day. That's what has made him such a good player,' Reid said Wednesday, Nov. 12. 'Again, he's the guy that they're going to focus on, and if you're getting a double team, that's who's getting doubled. He'll get his as we go forward, it's just important that he stays consistent and keeps working hard.' He is tied for sixth in the NFL among DTs with nine quick pressures, and he has faced a 36.3% double-team rate.

Detroit Lions CB D.J. Reed (hamstring) returned to practice Wednesday, Nov. 12 for the first time since exiting the Week 4 game against the Cleveland Browns due to a hamstring injury. Teams were completing just 50 percent of their pass attempts thrown his way, with a 44.3 passer rating through four games.

Baltimore Ravens CB Marlon Humphrey (finger) will not play in Week 11 against the Cleveland Browns, head coach John Harbaugh said Wednesday, Nov. 12. He had a pin procedure for his injured finger. DB Keyon Martin is expected to be the next man up in Humphrey's stead. 'Hopefully, in the next week, he'll be back,' Harbaugh said Wednesday, Nov. 12.

Carolina Panthers DB Lathan Ransom (hand) had an undisclosed procedure on his hand, and he is considered day to day.
Link to storyCarolina Panthers LB Trevin Wallace (shoulder) is considered week-to-week due to his shoulder injury, and he has been ruled out for the Week 11 against the Atlanta Falcons. It's a big loss for the defense, as Wallace has four or more total tackles in nine of his 10 games, and at least three solo tackles in the past three outings with two sacks.
Link to storyUpdating a previous report, Los Angeles Rams WR Davante Adams (oblique) did not practice Wednesday, Nov. 12, but head coach Sean McVay said he expects the veteran to play in Week 11 against the Seattle Seahawks.
