Bears | Colston Loveland targeted four times Sun Nov 9, 06:25 PM
Chicago Bears TE Colston Loveland registered four receptions for 55 yards on four targets in Week 10 against the New York Giants.
Footballguys view: Loveland is emerging as a go-to target for Caleb Williams in the middle of the field. He should be picked up if he's still on the waiver wire and considered for your lineup against the Vikings next week if you don't have an obvious TE1.
Minnesota Vikings QB J.J. McCarthy went 20-for-42 for 248 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 10. He also rushed for 48 yards on five carries during the game.
Footballguys view: McCarthy's performance was up and down, but he wasn't shy about testing the Ravens defense, and could have had a bigger day if Justin Jefferson was better on deep balls. Jalen Nailor is clearly McCarthy's favorite receiver, but he did throw 10 or more targets to both Jefferson and Addison to try to get those connections going. McCarthy had his big fourth quarter comeback against the Bears in Week 1, and that's who he will face in Week 11. He'll be worth a streamer/QB2/Superflex look.
Chicago Bears WR Rome Odunze registered six receptions for 86 yards and a touchdown on a team-high 10 targets in Week 10 against the New York Giants.
Footballguys view: Odunze was already coming alive before DJ Moore left with a shoulder injury, but the narrowing of the target tree probably didn't hurt. Caleb Williams should be more confident after the comeback win, so Odunze is going to be tough to leave on the bench next week against the Vikings defense that he caught six balls and a touchdown against back in Week 1, even if Moore rallies and is able to play in Week 11.
Washington Commanders CB Trey Amos (ankle) left the Week 10 game against the Detroit Lions in the second half due to an ankle injury, and he will not return.
Link to storyHouston Texans RB Nick Chubb ran a season low-tying five times for 47 yards and a catch for five yards in Week 10 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Baltimore Ravens WR Rashod Bateman caught one pass for 10 yards against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 10. He was targeted two times during the game.

Houston Texans RB Woody Marks ran 14 times for 63 yards and a touchdown and added two receptions for 18 yards in Week 10 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Footballguys view: Marks, despite leaving the game briefly with an ankle injury, was running ahead of Nick Chubb early and got the one running back touchdown for the Texans. He should be in lineups as an RB2 or Flex next week in a matchup against one of the worst teams in the league at Tennessee. Marks scored twice and went over 100 total yards against them in the first matchup back in Week 4.
Arizona Cardinals WR Zay Jones (Achilles) left the Week 10 game against the Seattle Seahawks due to an Achilles injury, and he will not return.
Footballguys view: Jones tried walking under his own power initially but was soon carted to the locker room. Simi Fehoko took his place. After initially signing with Arizona ahead of the 2024 season, Jones was brought back to the desert to serve as a veteran presence in a young Cardinals WR room. His play allowed him to beat out previous slot man Greg Dortch for starting roles behind Marvin Harrison Jr. and Michael Wilson. We'll follow up as needed, but it seems likely Jones' season is over.

Baltimore Ravens TE Mark Andrews caught three passes for 14 yards and one touchdown against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 10. He was targeted five times during the game.

Baltimore Ravens WR DeAndre Hopkins caught two passes for 16 yards against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 10. He was targeted three times during the game.

Houston Texans QB Davis Mills threw for 292 yards and two touchdowns on 27-of-45 passing, and added a rushing score and 20 yards on the ground in Week 10 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Footballguys view: Mills had what will surely go down as the best day of his career, leading a fourth quarter comeback from a 29-10 deficit and potentially saving the season of the team. The Texans should feel more confident next week against the Titans if there's any reason to hold out CJ Stroud, and we should feel more confident playing options from the Texans offense if Mills has to start again this season.

Chicago Bears RB Kyle Monangai ran seven times for 28 yards and a touchdown in Week 10 against the New York Giants, while he went without a catch on just one target.
Footballguys view: Monangai got some run early, including the team's first rushing touchdown, but he was outplayed by D'Andre Swift and will only be startable as flex in good matchups that the Bears can control with their running game. The Vikings next week probably isn't one of those, but Monangai is still a hold for the stretch run.
Baltimore Ravens TE Isaiah Likely caught two passes for 17 yards against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 10. He was targeted five times during the game.
Link to storyBaltimore Ravens TE Charlie Kolar caught one pass for 23 yards against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 10. He was targeted two passes during the game.
Link to storyChicago Bears RB D'Andre Swift rushed 13 times for 80 yards in Week 10 against the New York Giants, while adding five receptions for 18 yards on eight targets.
Footballguys view: Swift came in questionable after missing practice on Friday due to a personal issue, but he separated from Kyle Monangai as the hot hand and more useful back in the passing game to clarify this backfield situation after Monangai posted a huge game against the atrocious Bengals defense last week. Monangai did get the one running back touchdown, so he is still a cramp in Swift's upper end range of outcomes. Consider Swift a fantasy RB2 in a tough matchup at Minnesota next week.

Chicago Bears DE Montez Sweat posted three total stops, including two of the solo variety, with 1.5 sacks, one tackle for loss and two quarterback hits in Week 10 against the New York Giants.
Link to storyMontez Sweat player page
Baltimore Ravens WR Zay Flowers caught four passes for 75 yards against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 10. He was targeted six times during the game.
Footballguys view: Flowers didn't have a big fantasy game, but the Vikings defense was not a pushover in this game. He was getting free and racking up yards when the ball came his way, and he should have bigger games down the stretch in easier matchups against the Bengals (twice) and the Jets.

Chicago Bears S C.J. Gardner-Johnson (foot) finished with game highs of nine total stops and seven solo tackles in Week 10 against the New York Giants, and he had two sacks, two tackles for loss and two quarterback hits. Gardner-Johnson left the game briefly due to a foot injury, but he was able to return.

Baltimore Ravens RB Justice Hill rushed for one yard and one touchdown on one carry against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 10. He also caught one pass for 12 yards during the game.

Miami Dolphins S Jordyn Brooks had 12 tackles - six solo - in Week 10 against the Buffalo Bills.
Link to storyJordyn Brooks player page
Chicago Bears QB Caleb Williams completed 20-of-36 passes for 220 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions in Week 10 against the New York Giants, while adding eight runs for 63 yards and a touchdown.
Footballguys view: Williams wasn't always on target on this windy day, but he made big plays in the fourth quarter to lead a comeback after Jaxson Dart left with a concussion. Williams added as much value as a runner as he has all season and rekindled his connection with Rome Odunze. Colston Loveland and Luther Burden also made some plays to help compensate for the loss of DJ Moore to a shoulder injury during the game.
Baltimore Ravens RB Keaton Mitchell rushed for 31 yards on four carries against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 10.

New York Giants LB Brian Burns posted five total stops, including four of the solo variety, with a tackle for loss, a pass defensed and two quarterback hits in Week 10 against the Chicago Bears.

Miami Dolphins TE Greg Dulcich caught one of four targets for 22 yards in Week 10 against the Buffalo Bills.
Link to storyBaltimore Ravens RB Derrick Henry rushed for 75 yards on 20 carries against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 10. He also caught three passes for nine yards during the game.
Footballguys view: Justice Hill got the rushing score and Henry never broke away from a competitive Vikings defense, so he underperformed in fantasy this week. Henry was held to 23 yards by the Browns in Week 2, but he should still be in your lineup unless your running back room is an embarrassment of riches.

Seattle Seahawks C Jalen Sundell (knee) left the Week 10 game against the Arizona Cardinals due to a knee injury in the first half and he will not return.
Link to storyNew York Giants DL Rakeem Nunez-Roches (toe) left the Week 10 game against the Chicago Bears due to a toe injury, and he did not return.

New York Giants TE Daniel Bellinger ended up with a single 8-yard catch on two targets in Week 10 against the Chicago Bears.
Link to storyNew York Giants WR Wan'Dale Robinson posted six receptions for 62 yards on a game-high 11 targets in Week 10 against the Chicago Bears.
Link to storyNew York Giants TE Theo Johnson had seven receptions for a career-high 75 yards on eight targets in Week 10 against the Chicago Bears.
Footballguys view: The Giants pass offense was effective until Jaxson Dart left with a concussion. Johnson's value had mostly come through touchdowns as Dart's favorite red zone target, but against the Bears Dart found open him frequently in the middle of the field to post a strong PPR game. Johnson's outlook will be dimmer if Dart can't play next week against the Packers, but he has the look of a fantasy TE1 option for the stretch run.
New York Giants WR Darius Slayton (hamstring) posted four receptions for 89 yards on four targets in Week 10 against the Chicago Bears.
Footballguys view: Slayton did get back in the game after leaving with a hamstring injury, but we'll still have to monitor this going into next week's game against the Packers. Slayton made one of the plays of the day with a Beckham-esque one-handed snag for 31 yards. He caught four balls in all for 89 yards to post a viable WR3/Flex fantasy line in the Chicago flurries. He could have some value in deeper leagues down the stretch if he can stay healthy.

Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson went 17-for-29 for 176 yards and one touchdown against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 10. He also rushed for 36 yards on nine carries during the game.
Footballguys view: Jackson and the Ravens offense didn't produce any plus fantasy plays as the offense settled for five field goal attempts (making four), only scoring two touchdowns against a Vikings defense that has been invigorated by the return of Andrew Van Ginkel last week. He has another tough matchup against the Browns next week before gets a lot easier during a Jets-Bengals-Steelers-Bengals stretch from Weeks 12-15.

New York Jets WR Isaiah Williams recorded 126 yards on five punt returns including a 74-yard punt return for a touchdown against the Cleveland Browns in Week 10. He also caught one pass for four yards during the game and also had a 23-yard kick return.
Link to storyMiami Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa completed 15-of-21 for 173 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions in Week 10 against the Buffalo Bills.
Footballguys view: Tagovailoa opened the game with an interception and settled down to tag team with De'Von Achane to soundly beat the Bills for the first time since 2022. Tagovailoa is still just a desperation play in 2QB/Superflex leagues, but this should quiet talk of benching him (for now), and help support the values of De'Von Achane and Jaylen Waddle.
Tua Tagovailoa player page
New York Jets RB Kene Nwangwu recorded 143 yards on three kick returns including a 99-yard return for a touchdown against the Cleveland Browns in Week 10.
Link to storyKene Nwangwu player page
New York Giants RB Devin Singletary rushed eight times for 20 yards in Week 10 against the Chicago Bears, while adding three receptions for 53 yards on three targets.
Footballguys view: Singletary got free on a short pass from Russell Wilson after Jaxson Dart left the game with a concussion. He was outplayed by Tyrone Tracy and probably isn't worth holding if you picked him up as desperation play depth.
Devin Singletary player page
New York Jets DE Will McDonald recorded four solo tackles, five total tackles and four sacks during the Week 10 game against the Cleveland Browns.
Link to storyNew York Jets WR Garrett Wilson (knee) was targeted three times during the Week 10 game against the Cleveland Browns but finished with zero receptions before leaving the game because of a knee injury.
Footballguys view: Wilson only got three targets before leaving the game, but they were Justin Fields targets, so he didn't catch any of them. The Jets did put Wilson back in the game, but he left again. The Jets play the Patriots on Thursday, so you probably won't have Wilson available for your lineup, not that you would want to put him in if you watched this game.
New York Giants RB Tyrone Tracy Jr. rushed 14 times for 71 yards in Week 10 against the Chicago Bears, while adding one catch for no gain on two targets.
Footballguys view: Tracy ran stronger than Devin Singletary did and further complicated a backfield that doesn't seem like it will give us a startable option unless one player gets hurt. He's not an essential hold going into a Week 11 game against the Packers.
New York Jets WR Tyler Johnson was targeted one time during the Week 10 game against the Cleveland Browns in Week 10 but finishes with zero receptions.

New York Jets WR John Metchie caught one pass for three yards against the Cleveland Browns in Week 10. He was targeted one time during the game.
Link to storyBuffalo Bills TE Dalton Kincaid caught two of three targets for 37 yards in Week 10 against the Miami Dolphins.
Footballguys view: Kincaid was the only thing really working for the Bills offense in the first half, and then he left with a hamstring injury. He's probably a long shot to play against Tampa next week.
Dalton Kincaid player page
New York Giants QB Russell Wilson completed 3-of-7 passes for 45 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions in Week 10 against the Chicago Bears, coming on for the injured QB Jaxson Dart (concussion). He rushed twice for 12 yards, too.
