The first $16,883 fine was for roughing the passer, when his block against QB Jared Goff aided a pick-six return by delivering a blow to Goff's head and neck. The second $16,883 fine was for an illegal hip-drop tackle versus RB Jahmyr Gibbs a few plays later. Luvu was not flagged on either play.
