Jaguars | Travis Hunter to be examined Monday Sun Nov 2, 02:20 PM
Jacksonville Jaguars WR/CB Travis Hunter (knee) is scheduled to have his knee examined by team doctors Monday, Nov. 3, so the team can know how to move forward with his recovery, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. The team does not believe that Hunter has a torn anterior cruciate ligament.
Link to storyNew England Patriots WR Kayshon Boutte (hamstring) suffered a hamstring injury during the Week 9 game and was unable to return.
Footballguys view: Boutte had scored in three straight games coming into Week 9. Demario Douglas has had a huge game with Boutte on the sidelines and will be a player of interest on the waiver wire for Week 10 with a game against the pass-funnel Tampa defense on the schedule. We'll have more on Boutte as the week progresses.

New York Giants LB Darius Muasau (ankle) suffered an ankle injury during the Week 9 game and is considered questionable to return.
Link to storyLos Angeles Chargers OT Joe Alt (leg) left the Week 9 game against the Tennessee Titans in the second quarter due to an apparent leg injury. While engaged on a block, he was rolled up on, and after being down for a while, he was carted off.
Footballguys view: The Chargers offense slowed down without Alt from Weeks 5-7, but peaked last week with his return against the Vikings. The team already lost their other starting tackle, Rashawn Slater, before the season even started. We will have to lower expectations for Herbert and really the entire offense going forward if Alt ends up on injured reserve.
Green Bay Packers DL Colby Wooden (shoulder) left the Week 9 game against the Carolina Panthers due to a shoulder injury. His return is questionable.

Cincinnati Bengals RB Samaje Perine (ankle) suffered an ankle injury during the Week 9 game and is considered doubtful to return.
Footballguys view: Perine had been playing well in recent weeks. Joe Flacco has revived the Bengals offense, so the veteran back was actually worth a roster spot in some leagues. Cincinnati's bye is next week, so perhaps Perine won't miss any time, but if he does, Chase Brown will be the clear lead back, with sixth round pick Tahj Brooks as the backup. The team also has Gary Brightwell and Kendall Milton on the practice squad.

Link to storySan Francisco 49ers QB Brock Purdy (toe) has a good chance to be available as the emergency quarterback for Week 9's game versus the New York Giants, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Link to storyMiami Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa could be benched in favor of either QB Zach Wilson or QB Quinn Ewers later this season if he continues to turn the ball over at an alarming rate, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. He currently leads the league with 11 interceptions thrown this season.
Footballguys view: Tagovailoa looked like he was headed for a benching after back-to-back three interception games in Weeks 6 and 7. He came back to life with a four touchdown game against a sleepwalking Falcons defense in Week 8, but looked feeble against the Ravens on Thursday night. The Dolphins could be making some major changes over the second half of the season, including potentially dealing players before the impending trade deadline.

Tennessee Titans WR Calvin Ridley could be moved in advance of the NFL trade deadline Tuesday, Nov. 4, according to multiple sources.
Footballguys view: Fourth round pick Chimere Dike has emerged as Cam Ward's favorite target and another fourth round rookie wideout, Elic Ayomanor, won a starting job from day one opposite Ridley. It makes a lot of sense for the Titans to trade Ridley for whatever they can get and give the rookies more responsibility. Much like DeAndre Hopkins and Amari Cooper last year, if Ridley is dealt, it will be an uphill battle for him to have fantasy relevance on his new team.
