Ravens | Keaton Mitchell sees limited work in Week 12 Sun Nov 23, 04:49 PM
Baltimore Ravens RB Keaton Mitchell rushed for 10 yards on two carries against the New York Jets in Week 12. He also caught one pass for nine yards during the game.

Minnesota Vikings RB Aaron Jones rushed nine times for 41 yards in Week 12 against the Green Bay Packers, and he had three receptions for 16 yards on four targets.
Footballguys view: Jones was the clear lead back in this game to open, but the running game was good when Jordan Mason was in. Jones is a flex play against the Seahawks next week, but the Vikings offense is rudderless and it has run aground. Minnesota won't be creating any fantasy overachievers this season.

Baltimore Ravens RB Derrick Henry rushed for 64 yards and two touchdowns on 21 carries against the New York Jets in Week 12. He also caught two passes for 24 yards during the game.
Footballguys view: Henry was able to finish two drives with scores to put some fantasy teams over the top this week, but nothing came easy for the Ravens in the running game against a defense that traded away their two best players during the season. Henry has a high ceiling against the Bengals, but he needs Lamar Jackson to play better if he is going to have a high ceiling for the remainder of the season.

Baltimore Ravens QB Lamar Jackson went 13-for-23 for 153 yards, zero touchdowns and zero interceptions against the New York Jets in Week 12. He also rushed for 11 yards on seven carries during the game.
Footballguys view: Jackson looks hurt and not a threat to post a big fantasy game right now. He was off on many throws, including what should have been an easy touchdown to DeAndre Hopkins. When he broke the pocket as a runner, he wasn't able to accelerate away from defenders. The Ravens draw the vulnerable Bengals defense on Thanksgiving night, and you have to play Jackson, but you should be lowering your expectations.

New York Jets LB Jamien Sherwood finished with three solo tackles and 13 total tackles against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 12.

New York Jets WR Allen Lazard caught one pass for nine yards against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 12. He was targeted three times during the game.
Link to storyNew York Jets TE Mason Taylor caught three passes for 21 yards against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 12. He was targeted five times during the game.
Link to storyMinnesota Vikings QB J.J. McCarthy completed 12-of-19 passes for 87 yards, no touchdowns and two interceptions in Week 12 against the Green Bay Packers, while running twice for 10 yards. He also fumbled once, but was able to recover that.
Footballguys view: It's not all on McCarthy, but this was a disastrous day for the Vikings offense in the house of a division rival. He was inconsistent, only driving the offense to field goals in the first half, and then overwhelmed by the Packers pass rush in the second half behind a banged up offensive line. We'll all be listening to Kevin O'Connell's comments about McCarthy closely to see what his status will be for next week rough matchup at Seattle.
New York Jets WR Adonai Mitchell caught two passes for 42 yards against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 12. He was targeted seven times during the game.
Link to storyMinnesota Vikings RB Jordan Mason rushed eight times for 42 yards in Week 12 against the Green Bay Packers, and he was not targeted in the passing game.
Footballguys view: Mason got one drive to jumpstart the offense in the first half, and he was successful until he was stopped on fourth down deep in Packers territory. The Vikings offense is adrift, with no player that is a sure start at Seattle next week. Mason is a drop this week if anyone of interest on the waiver wire.
New York Jets WR John Metchie caught six passes for 65 yards and one touchdown against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 12. He was targeted seven times during the game.
Footballguys view: Metchie caught a 13-yard touchdown on third and 10 in the red zone and otherwise was the most reliable receiver for Tyrod Taylor. He'll be worth a waiver wire pickup if bench size allows, especially in PPR leagues.
Cincinnati Bengals WR Tee Higgins (concussion) left the Week 12 game against the New England Patriots late in the second half due to a concussion, and he was unable to return. Higgins finished with five receptions for 31 yards on six targets.
Footballguys view: The Bengals pass offense struggled without Ja'Marr Chase in Week 12. Higgins did draw a long pass interference penalty on the play that he suffered the concussion, but that won't be much solace for his fantasy teams. We can safely rule Higgins out for Week 13 because the Bengals play at Baltimore on Thanksgiving night.

Minnesota Vikings LB Blake Cashman registered game highs with 16 total stops with eight solo tackles in Week 12 against the Green Bay Packers.

Green Bay Packers WR Savion Williams had a single offensive touch, running once for no gain while he did not have a target in Week 12 against the Minnesota Vikings. He also had two kick returns for 46 yards.
Link to storyNew York Jets RB Breece Hall rushed for 44 yards on 16 carries against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 12. He also caught four passes for 75 yards during the game.
Footballguys view: Hall came through with a solid fantasy showing, but it could have been better if hadn't fumbled inside the 10 after being the reason the Jets had the ball that deep in Ravens territory. He'll be a boom/bust RB2 again next week against the Falcons.
Green Bay Packers TE Josh Whyle had a 1-yard catch on his lone touch and target in Week 12 against the Minnesota Vikings.
Link to storyJosh Whyle player page
New York Jets QB Tyrod Taylor went 17-for-28 for 222 yards, one touchdown and one interception against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 12. He also rushed for 19 yards on five carries during the game.
Footballguys view: Taylor wasn't a bust if you used him as a QB2/Superflex and he even made one of his wide receivers a good fantasy play. Head coach Aaron Glenn is taing a week-to-week approach with his starting quarterback decision. Taylor probably played well enough to start against the Falcons next week.

Green Bay Packers TE Luke Musgrave had a 7-yard reception on two targets in Week 12 against the Minnesota Vikings.

Green Bay Packers TE John FitzPatrick posted an 11-yard reception on his only target in Week 12 against the Minnesota Vikings.
Link to storyGreen Bay Packers QB Malik Willis completed his only pass attempt for seven yards in Week 12 against the Minnesota Vikings, while running twice for three yards in mop-up duty.
Link to storyGreen Bay Packers WR Romeo Doubs ended up with two catches for 23 yards on three targets in Week 12 against the Minnesota Vikings.
Link to storyGreen Bay Packers WR Dontayvion Wicks ended up with two receptions for 32 yards on four targets in Week 12 against the Minnesota Vikings.

Green Bay Packers WR Christian Watson registered five receptions for a game-high 49 yards on seven targets in Week 12 against the Minnesota Vikings.
Footballguys view: Watson wasn't impactful for fantasy, but he was the #1 target and not a bust in PPR leagues on a day that saw the Packers take the air out of the ball on offense. He's a high ceiling WR3/Flex on Thanksgiving at Detroit.
Green Bay Packers RB Chris Brooks rushed eight times for 21 yards in Week 12 against the Minnesota Vikings, while posting a 5-yard reception on his only target.
Link to storyGreen Bay Packers RB Emanuel Wilson rushed 28 times for 107 yards in Week 13 against the Minnesota Vikings, while adding two receptions for 18 yards on two targets.
Footballguys view: Wilson ran with the physical edge the offense lost when Josh Jacobs was declared inactive. The team plays again in four days on Thanksgiving. If Jacobs plays, we might still see Wilson in a large enough role to be relevant in fantasy leagues. Wilson should be carried through the end of the season even if Jacobs is the lead back again because Jacobs balky knee could become an issue again at any time.
Green Bay Packers QB Jordan Love completed 14-of-21 passes for 139 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions in Week 12 against the Minnesota Vikings, and he ran three times for 15 yards.
Footballguys view: The Packers were content to win this game with defense along with the running and kicking games. Love is still a possible streamer in 1QB leagues and QB2/Superflex option against the Lions on Thanksgiving in a game that should require the Packers to be more aggressive in the passing game.

New England Patriots DT Khyiris Tonga (chest) suffered a chest injury during the Week 12 game and is considered questionable to return.

Detroit Lions WR Kalif Raymond (ankle) suffered an ankle injury during the Week 12 game and is considered questionable to return.
Footballguys view: Raymond was ruled out early in the fourth. Raymond caught both of his targets for 37 yards before his exit. He also returned a punt for 44 yards. The Lions play the Packers on Thursday. The short turnaround could be an issue for Raymond this week.

Minnesota Vikings OT Christian Darrisaw (foot) suffered a foot injury during the Week 12 game and will not return.
Footballguys view: The Vikings also lost starting guard Donovan Jackson to an ankle injury. JJ McCarthy was under constant pressure in the second half, but it wasn't all his fault. Minnesota travels to Seattle next week in no shape to face one of the NFL's best defenses.
New England Patriots OT Will Campbell (knee) suffered a knee injury during the Week 12 game and is considered questionable to return.
Footballguys view: The Patriots also lost starting guard Jared Wilson in this game. Their offense underperformed expectations against a poor Bengals defense, but they have another good matchup next week against the Giants and then the current AFC #1 seed will get to rest during the bye.
Minnesota Vikings OG Donovan Jackson (ankle) suffered an ankle injury during the Week 12 game and has been ruled out.
Link to storyPittsburgh Steelers CB Joey Porter Jr. (hip) suffered a hamstring injury during the Week 12 game and is considered questionable to return.
Link to storyUpdating a previous report, Cincinnati Bengals RB Tahj Brooks (concussion) was diagnosed with a concussion and ruled out of the Week 12 game.
Footballguys view: Brooks was evaluated for a concussion during the third quarter of the team's loss to the New England Patriots at Paycor Stadium. The Bengals announced Brooks' return as questionable. A short time later, the Bengals declared Brooks out with a concussion. Brooks has played well when he is on the field, but it will be a challenge for him to be cleared before Thursday's Week 13 game against the Ravens.
New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara (ankle) is active for Week 12 against the Atlanta Falcons.

Cincinnati Bengals RB Tahj Brooks (head) left the Week 12 game early and is being evaluated for a concussion. He is considered questionable to return.
Link to storySeattle Seahawks RB George Holani (hamstring) suffered a hamstring injury during the Week 12 game and was ruled out.
Footballguys view: Holani's role in the offensive has been minimal. As SBNation noted, Holani had been on the field for 36 offensive snaps entering the Week 12 showdown against the Titans. However, he has become a key member on several special teams units for the Seahawks, so how the team fills those snaps is likely more important than Holani's absence on offense, as Ken Walker III and Zach Charbonnet already handle the majority of offensive snaps.
Jacksonville Jaguars TE Brenton Strange (hip) is officially active for the Week 12 game.
